So, I did the baby foot peel and it does work really well. It's especially thrilling for the gross-types like me who like to peel things like sunburn peels, chipped nailpolish, etc. I used to peel at the skin on my feet growing up when I had blisters from barefoot colorguard practices (like it was a gross habit I had for years and took a long time for my feet to get back to normal). I'm probably 15 years peel-free as far as that gross habit is concerned, but that's until this awesome product that rekindled that fascination in me.
Anyhow, my feet feel so awesome, but I probably didn't think out the timing very well. I did the soak on Sunday and it takes a few days to see the results. The new workouts I'm doing are the pilates/yoga based, using a yoga mat, and I do think this must have accelerated the process of peeling. I was doing my workout yesterday and as I'm going through some stretches, I see that my feet had started to peel. By the time I finished the workout, there were little skin particles ALL over my mat.
Naturally, I sat there for an additional 15 minutes after the video was over just peeling away the loose skin that was coming off. But, my feet felt soft, smooth, and super fresh while I had to bust out the vacuum to clean up my peeling mess.
All in all, I highly recommend it for those who need more than a little pedicure action on their feet. My super rough heels are now really smooth. Just don't do it days before you are doing barefoot workouts, maybe.
Now I'm wondering how long I'm supposed to wait to do it again, since I did buy a 2-pack. hahaha!
