I fucking hated this movie, and I rarely have such strong feelings about movies. It was terrible. Awful. Hated it from beginning to end.
The video did make me laugh, though.
Boo. We were going to see it tomorrow. Should I not bother?
I wouldn't tell you not to see it. DH loved it, but I think he was mostly smitten with having BM and SM together for the first time in live action. I normally love comic book movies, but this one didn't do it for me. Just be prepared for the suckage and to have a feminist rage fit!

I want to cry. I really liked MoS, and have been growing more and more excited about this movie the past year. I wasn't too sure at first, but had to figure Snyder & Co. would get it right this time, especially with Nolan as exec producer... but perhaps they just slapped his name on there for clout. I was thinking, 70s rating on RT, at least. 30 fucking percent. That is barely better than Green Lantern, and that sucked balls. Seriously, DC, get this shit together. I love Marvel, and Marvel is killing it lately, and I just wanted DC to get on level with MCU. Ugh.
H and I are just so disappointed. We've read dozens of reviews, and made us less interested in seeing it. We'll see it, likely tomorrow, but we're not super excited about it.
Maybe Suicide Squad will rescue DCEU from the dumps. It's directed by David Ayer, so it has that going for it. *cross fingers*
I wish Jokers Daughter were in it. I'd LOVE to see Harley beat her down while going on with the psychobabble. But maybe that whole wearing the Jokers face is too gruesome for the big screen.
There's no way it can be as good as the comics, tho. It was great because originally they killed folks off left & right. No one was safe. I get the feeling they won't just randomly kill off Will Smith.

30%. Dammit.
Oh it's wayyyyyy better than Green Lantern, that POS is just the worst. After all these reviews I expected to hate it, but while it isn't great and some transitions were too abrupt, I did actually enjoy most of it. Wonder Woman was totally an afterthought sadly.
For me Batman v Superman falls somewhere in the middle of the pack of superhero movies. But I didn't really like Dark Night / DK Rises, and Watchmen is my favorite superhero movie by a mile.

Don't kill me, but I liked it. Granted, I am not a comic book fan and DGAF about the marvel v Dc comic rivalry. I was entertained, I thought it didn't take itself too seriously and yay to shirtless Henry cavhill.
I read a review that said it was a 2 hour teaser trailer for the DC universe. DC wants to be Marvel but they just aren't. #makeminemarvel Only 41 days #teamcap

You know you're my sisterwife, right?
That's fine y'all can be sister wives while I marry Cap.
40 DAYS!
I already told @nofucksgiven this but I am convinced Widow is a double agent for Cap. Her play set at Disney store is Black Widow vs Iron Man. Every other one falls along the team lines.
ALSO! Target has the action figure sets of team cap and team iron man. AND BLACK WIDOW IS IN ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the avengers one she isn't in it. I am so excited. I'm going to buy it for myself.

I nearly squealed when I saw that! H pretended not to know me. You can get her by herself too. I'm totally getting one for BabyLiu.

Just saw it. Wonder Woman totally made the movie. Too bad her character wasn't properly developed. I kept hoping and hoping... My favorite is in the finale and she's blazing and Batman is kind of just looking on.
Also Jason Momoa/Aquaman having only 2 seconds was disappointing.

Ok, I know what they were doing, setting up for all the upcoming movies they have. It was a little slower than I would have liked but it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. The reviewers whining about how dark it was obviously know nothing about the comic storyline. Although it seems this movie took some major liberties with the storyline. Took a little from this, took a little from that, etc.
I hated this portrayal of Lex Luther. Hated it! H said there's lots of Lex Luthers, remember multi-verse, yada, yada. Except I hated this dude, hated him. I'll stop right there so I don't give anything away.

Yeah, Jesse Eisenburg was the worst part of the movie. But the reviews made it sound like this movie would be Gigli Part 2. IT WASN'T THAT BAD. Plus, it made a ton of money over the weekend, so people obvs don't care.

The funny thing is, I have like Jesse Eisenburg's characters in the past. This time it was just bad. I'm nor sure if it was him or the writers.
