You and me both sister! I've been that way for a couple of years since my 2 total knee replacements. Strangely I'm feeling more energetic lately and hoping to turn that into more activity. Hope your physical shows you to be doing great!

Yeah me too. Though I know part of mine is me still dealing with the loss of my mom last summer. I do also need to get more physical activity in. Was just talking about starting to walk on our lunch with a friend at work since we are finally getting some decent weather. I'm hoping that will help.

This is why I went out and got a part time job in addition to my day job. I felt that I was wasting away and slipping into laziness and depression. I did not want to go down that path.

I'm so sorry about the loss of your mom. It took me a while to get back to normal, the normal that is.
I feel like this all of the time too and have for a long, long time. I think part of it is my thyroid (hypo). I've been on meds for almost 40 yrs, but they changed the parameters for 'normal' years ago and now my numbers fall into normal where with the old parameters it would have been outside of normal. Therefore my meds don't change.
I say if you haven't had your thyroid checked, have the Dr. check it.
