You're still really ignorant of that situation, if that's the case.  I've actually looked at the info on it, and it isn't just a sue happy woman FWP bitching about her coffee being too hot. So,  you still seem too flippant about a quite serious matter. But you do you, I guess.

Sounds like outside of the ML circle, she thinks other people would 'get' jokes about disabling incidents as being examples of frivolity. Because geez, it was just hot coffee.

I haven't watched this show in YEARS, but I remember that anyone who didn't go along with EVERYTHING the coaches said was edited to be lazy and dumb. I can't imagine the pressure.

I swore after that I wouldn't ever watch it. The reactions on the finale were telling. She lost 45 lbs in the final 3.5 months!! There is no way that is healthy.

I assume you mean people who aren't as intelligent and thoughtful, yes?  Or people who have no knowledge of the actual circumstances of the coffee case?  Ignorant people?  Those people? 

Putting "frivolous lawsuit" and this coffee case together is fucking dumb and you should know better.  That woman sustained permanent injuries.
