What I think happened:

Booby tried to gaslight ( our favorite word, but really tho) the whole board. She said someone contacted her employer and said she sent the BODs to smo. She asked for deletions ( after the fact that her HR department had the posts so I don't really get why?). She tried to make herself the victim, when really smo was the victim ( and @kirkette but she didn't get a BODs, she got treated horribly for a really long time.)

No one knows who really sent the BoD but Booby painting herself as the victim in a situation in which she clearly was not was some fucked up shit.

No one knows if anyone actually contacted her HR but it was highly suspected she made the whole thing up.

Posters left because they were scared someone was going to call them out off board. Posters left because they felt that IF someone called HR it was just as scary if not more so as getting the BoD. Posters believed booby and or didn't want to take the risk.

Some of those posters who left were accused of racism and or " mean girl" behavior at various times for a varying degree of reasons. I am not sure in which individual instances those reasons were valid I don't remember who did/ said what when on every board.

Some of the posters who left hadn't been accused of anything ( I think I don't remember )

Now some posters are back. Because squirrely stole UWR's baby clothes. I missed the update on whether or not they were returned.

Am I right? Is this also about that time Laz came at Stellas with the clap back of the century? When she said her baby clothes weren't that cute. Or are these two separate things?

This is what I remember, I didn't realize that there was a Mod issue going on at the same time.

I think some of the posters who left felt the mods took their time deleting booby's posts. Even though if HR already had her posts I don't see what good it did. I am guessing they never had them and she was FOS.

The mod "issue" was Booby panicked trying to save face and begged for her post history to be completely wiped and they weren't able to comply with the request within, like, a full day (because they don't live glued to their GBCN accounts 24/7), and because some mod asked for a reason/proof of why she wanted a mass deletion (which, they apparently ask everybody for in these situations) and it turned into this whole "You guys only held off because it was Booby! If you actually liked the person making the request, it would have been done immediately, no questions asked!"

So, the mods were obviously all just out to get Booby.

It was taking time because other people were frantically manually deleting their posts, which messed the script up. Once the posts were finally backed up, then the mods deleted booby's posts. It all happened within a relatively short time.

This is my understanding. It had nothing to do with the mods not seeing things or being online. Legally they had an obligation to backup those posts before they did the deletion.

Not that I'm applying for historian, but v showed up for a second on MM when someone asked where she had been, briefly attempted to defend herself, and then promptly re-deactivated.
