Maybe it is a strategy to stimulate the housing market +v+?
I had a George Foreman that was given to me as a hand-me-down on my countertop for two years that I used twice and then finally I was like, hey, I can donate that to Purple Heart! Buh-bye!

Only the mixer...it was on our wedding registry. I coincidentally just used it for the first time last night! Although H is the adventurous, wannabe chef and he uses it all the time.
I'm not familiar with SimpleHuman trash cans...what's the big deal about them?

We have a KA mixer and a Keurig. There would be no good place to put a SH trashcan nor would I want our genius dog to some how figure out a way to get into it.

I use our George Foreman allllll the time to grill chicken and burgers, etc.
But agree about things like a cake pop maker. That is just a huge waste of space.

I have a Keurig at the office. Love it! The building I'm in has terrible coffee and I'm too lazy to make a pot before leaving in the morning. I'm sad to admit we have an espresso machine, french press and regular coffee maker at home and use them all.
We got a KA as a wedding gift. It comes in handy on occasion and I want to get more use out of it by getting some more attachments.
It is tradition that every grandchild gets a KA for their wedding from the grandparents. So..we have one. I could live without it. I HATE things sitting on my counter. For that reason, a Keurig would take up too much space.
THe only single use items I have are a quesidila maker and a waffle maker. The rest are pointless.
I have the Cuisinart stand mixer and the Tassimo coffee maker, but I still voted yes since they are pretty much the same.
I'm honestly not a fan of my SH trash can. It's so small and I feel like I have to take the garbage out twice as often. It's nice looking, but it sucks.

I just never got into mine, the few times I used it I just felt like it was more mess than it was worth. But if you like it, cool.
We have a KA mixer and use it regularly. Our trash can is just a cheapy plastic one under the sink, and I have no desire for a SH since we keep it hidden anyway (though we do have a small SH in the master bath). We don't drink coffee or hot tea, so no need for a Keurig.
I use my KA mixer constantly. DH also uses it with the meat grinder attachment. we have simple human trash cans in every bathroom and a rollout one with trash/recycling for under our sink.
no keurig. we grind our own beans and use either aeropress for single cup or french press on the weekends.

Still have the Keurig, DH bought it for me for Christmas. I don't drink coffee daily and I use the reuseable k cup more often than the pre filled ones.
The POS KA mixer went back to BB&B on their suggestion after it broke a little under a year after the wedding. It was a wedding present, so I didn't have the receipt, but it was on my registry so BB&B said to just return it to the nearest store when I called about getting a copy of the receipt. We replaced it with a Cruisnart one, that one lasted two years before it broke, but their CS was much better and replaced it.

I own all three, but none of them were wedding presents.
And my Simple Human trash can is currently in my garage! We redid our kitchen three years ago and put in a pull out trash/recycling cabinet. We don't need our trash can now, but we didn't want to get rid of it.
I registered for a KA mixer but didn't get one. I probably wouldn't use it that much, so we didn't buy one after the wedding either, though I still think it would be "nice to have" even if it doesn't get a lot of use.
We don't have any of the items from the poll.
I don't really get most of the single use appliances. We were given a quesadilla maker, but it's still in the box and I want to return it because I don't understand why it's so useful. I can make quesadillas on the stove just fine. I got a nice double-burner cast iron griddle that we use all the time.
We have a Keurig but bought it way after it was the thing to buy. We just bought it last year and rarely use it.
I would love a kitchen aid mixer but we have a tiny kitchen and I don't have much room to do anything so another appliance is not in the picture right now.
We have a KA. I love it. H is actually about to make mashed potatoes in to. There's no way I could bring myself to spend so much on a trash can and we don't drink coffee.
ETA: Also, the ice cream maker attachment for the KA makes it worth it alone. I love making ice cream with it!
