Princess Bride Empire Records Breakfast Club (if you're ok with profanity. I saw it recently and had not remembered all of the swearing in it.) Clueless Mean Girls Titanic A Knight's Tale () Princess Diaries Center Stage Pitch Perfect The Leo version of Romeo and Juliet (recommendation from 13 y/of me)
My Best Friend's Wedding Steel Magnolias (unless too young, still?) Amelie (love that other people mentioned this one!) And so many more that were listed; I'm not very original after reading through some of these GREAT recommendations!
Ever After. It's my favorite Cinderella rendition. All my other favorites have already been mentioned. I watched Girls Just Wanna Have Fun so many times as a kid with my sister, we could recite it. LOL.
Pretty in Pink D.U.F.F. The Young Victoria Hunger Games The Secret Life of Bees Norma Rae Erin Brockovich Elizabeth Woman of the Year The Philadelphia Story Breakfast at Tiffany's His Girl Friday Belle Kiki's Delivery Service Mulan Maleficent My Neighbor Totoro The Golden Compass The Diary of Anne Frank Ponyo The Book Thief A Ballerina's Tale Buffy the Vampire Slayer (TV series) The Long Walk Home Miss Representation
If you like this, Love and Friendship is hilarious, and I think a 13 year old would like it. I took my 10 year old yesterday, but I think an older child would understand more of the lines, though DD liked it.

The Craft Flashdance Erin Brockovich Delores Claiborne (and Misery just for fun) Were Million Dollar Baby, Precious, and Norma Rae any good? (I've never seen them)
(disclaimer, I loved scary movies as a kid, so I don't know what is considered "age appropriate" when it comes to horror/thriller movies, especially when it's been a long time since I've watched them--and the version I watched may have been edited for tv)
Chasing Amy has some very, very explicit sex talk, and Amelie shows a strip-tease in a porno shop. I absolutely love both movies, but they may be a bit graphic to watch with her this summer.

It's been awhile, but Sweet November, High Fidelity, Much Ado About Nothing (love this cheesy Shakespeare one), Cutting Edge (ice skating movie), Pitch Perfect, but some have some older sex issues.
