I didn't realize just how difficult it was to get between resorts and I'm starting to worry a little. We are staying at Pop and have meals planned at the Contemporary, Poly, Ft Wilderness and Grand Floridian. We are also doing Pirates and Pals which gets back to the Contemporary late. I'm really dreading the thought of being on a bus for 40+ minutes with two exhausted kids late at night, not to mention the rest of the trip.
So I'm throwing around a rental car but it's $$$. Has anyone used Uber in Disney? Do they offer cars with 2 car seats?

How old are you kids? Can at least one sit it a bubblebum? Will all those ADRs be from resort to resort or will you be coming/going to the parks for any of them?
I would try to change a few ADRs. I find it easiest to eat close to where I will be ( so plan to be in MK before eating at The Contemporary)
or rent a car.
I just wanted to come back and say that this is a very valid suggestion. We were rookies last year and had no idea what we were doing when booking ADRs. I booked too many at different resorts and we were going allllllll over the place to get to them. It cut off our times in the parks, which was a huge bummer.
(I was also relying on our TA to tell me to avoid doing this, but she sucked and even failed to tell me the right date to make ADRs, so we were stuck with what we could get.)
