New Frozen ride and M&G open today!

The meet and greet has been in a soft open since Friday but the ride was boarded up until today!

We were at Epcot a few nights ago and the M&G was open. The Royal Summerhaus is pretty! They had a cute tapestry "paying homage" to the Norway trolls which I thought was kinda fun.

We have FP for Frozen Ever After later today! Hanging by the pool this morning to avoid the crowds.

I think it is back up now. The app is showing wait times instead of closed.

We have a FP for it on Saturday (we get in Saturday afternoon). Hopefully our plane isn't delayed because I doubt it will be able to be rescheduled!

I'm glad it's open and not delayed! Hopefully they get the wait times, and shut downs, under control in the next few days.

Come back later, don't stand in sun. Not currently allowing a standby queue to form. Only those already in line. Update later.'

I've seen various posts from the disney sites I follow. I think it was the disney food blog that posted they were on their 2nd frozen mickey treat while waiting - it looked like they were implying disney was handing them out for free? not sure.

I told the girls that the wait was 4-5 hours and they looked at me like I was insane. Luckily they have no interest in waiting in something like that either...and we won't even be back in the World until 2018 anyway.

Newest report is no more standby passengers and FP is so backlogged that it's still a 2 hour wait. My DD loves Frozen, but it looks like we may not be going this trip! Bummer. We are waiting for the Epcot bus now, so should see the line for ourselves soon.

Who the hell is waiting in these insane lines? Given how much tickets cost I think I'd drive myself crazy calculating the per-minute cost to just stand around and wait for a single ride.
