boss gave me one of co-workers PO's to enter- she's here, so not sure why she can't enter- but whatever. I enter it and place the PO by our shared printer in my cube where it can wait for the order confirmation out of my hair.
sometimes vendor faxes order confirmation to our shared fax (also in my cube), sometime they email them to her specific email. this was one of those times the order confirmation was emailed directly to her.
she prints it, walked into my cube, takes the confirmation off the printer and places it on the PO next to the printer, and walks away. she left it there until I handwrote the confirmation # on the PO (her thing, not something mandatory) and stapled the two together.
once she walked into my cube to get something else she printed, she sees this is done, and she asks if she can take it.
all her PO's are in her cube, in her own filing system (on the wall/on her desk) waiting for scheduling and delivery confirmations- so why not take the damn PO once she printed the confirmation???

Your mistake was leaving it in your area awaiting the confirmation. If it happens again, give her the PO, tell her you entered it, and say the confirmation hasn't come in yet.

My new coworker is really rubbing me the wrong way. Apparently because I am the office administrator she now thinks I am her personal assistant. She will forward me dumb tasks and this morning wanted me to freaking input a company/person into our database, the same one she has access to. I don't feel too bad because my poor coworker who actually IS under her is already super annoyed with her for far worse reasons.

I suppose I'm used to putting them aside in my cube because usually she is not here when I am asked to enter them...
well other then the 1st 9 months of last year when she was here doing whoknowswhat over in her cube while our boss was creating the PO's for her and I was entering them all....
she has to retire soon she has to retire soon she has to retire soon

I would talk to your boss about this. When I was an admin, my boss was very clear that he did not want me taking on little tasks for other people. I would say things like, "oh, I really can't take care of that for you. [Here's how to do it.]" People caught on pretty quickly. I moved into a different role with the same company last year and I still occasionally get people asking me to book travel and the like. Now, at least, I can direct them to the actual admin, but then she has to deflect. Sometimes I tell them to do it themselves. Jerks.

I actually have 6 bosses and I do a ton of work for the whole office. Data entry is NOT one of those things I do lol. I have been here over 9 years so the rest of the team totally knows what's up. I plan on talking to my main boss if she continues to pull this. Technically she is a manager, but she is not my manager and we have no other "admin" and I help out with general stuff.

The manager in the office behind me uses a Scentsy warmer a few times a week and it's driving me nuts. She uses straight up vanilla scented bars (which I haaaaaaate) and the smell is so over powering. My cube is about 6 feet from the door to her office.
I want to print up the "no fragrances" part of our dress code policy and slip it under the door after she leaves. Who the fuck does that? It must be SO concentrated in her office. Gross.

HORK.
I'd be emailing HR to find out what I was actually allowed to do.
Our shared bathroom has a note about not spraying perfume, so I imagine you would be allowed to make that request. But I'd make sure you go through proper channels first.

My pitty can be a picky pooper. There's a neighbor across the street that does NOT take a hint that when he sees us, and she's about to squat down, do NOT yell out her name and get her all excited. It will take her an extra 15 minutes at least when he does that. Wait until a dog is done doing it's business, FFS. It's not that hard!

That is about as bad as whomever unloaded a whole can of Lysol in the woman's bathroom the other day and I walked in right after. I got a nose and mouthful and I was gagging! But I'm all germ free now, inside and out!

Co worker was above me but was demoted and now we sit equal but she will never advance and I'm being given new tasks to advance my career. She's at client meeting and sending me shitloads of stuff she needs bc she forgot to do them. (Edit presentations etc) somehow she thinks I'm still below her and that I now need to do her job WTF
