I'm sorry but no. No I will not allow a claiming of "fundamental beliefs" if you are legitimately flip-flopping between Trump and Clinton. There is literally no way anything fundamental is happening if that is the case.
I have seen people on FB trying to say that Trump and HRC are equally bad because he is, well, him, but she is corrupt.
This isn't rocket science, he is as close to the devil, to real life evil, as we will ever see in our life time. And he is open about it and people are fucking eating it up like PBJ. It's fucking insanity. I don't care how corrupt HRC is, there is no fucking debate.
I'm atheist but I think Trump may be the antichrist.
The antichrist would be more charismatic and less hateful.
I honestly have no idea how anyone could bounce between HRC & Trump. Like...I don't even have words.
To the bolded...you can. You can vote for each office.
PS - Have you been "debating" with that jackwagon at work again?
I haven't read anything yet past this, but in response to the bolded - I meant in regards to selecting the VP. I read somewhere about Corey Booker and the reason they didn't choose him was because it would have given up a democrat seat or something like that. So, even though he might have been the very best choice, he didn't get it.
ETA - Oh, and no - haven't been talking to him about politics or much of anything else for quite awhile.
This answers basically none of my questions.
And really, whether Booker or Kaine is the "very best choice" is pretty subjective. Both have executive experience (Booker as Newark mayor, Kaine as Richmond mayor and VA governor), both have senatorial experience, and both have values that largely align with HRC's. I understand why people might be disappointed their first choice didn't get chosen for running mate, and yes, the politics of the Senate likely played into HRC's choice of running mate. But HRC does appear to genuinely like Kaine as a running mate, and he's absolutely qualified. This seems like a red herring, and I can't imagine it's the real reason you're considering Trump.

Well, none of us know the actual reasons he wasn't chosen, it is all conjecture. But, yes, you have to be strategic with this stuff. And most of that is at the STATE level, nothing the president can do about it. Some states allow the governor to pick a replacement versus a special election. A republican governor will replace with a Republican congressman, and we have too many of those right now.
However, if the fact Corey Booker wasn't chosen is why you are conflicted, then I still don't understand voting Trump. Corey Booker is pretty much the opposite of all things Trump.

In that case, it matters because without a majority in Congress (esp with the Republican contingent we have now who has spent the last 8 years refusing to cooperate with Obama) the President can be very limited in what they can accomplish. So it's very important to consider. It's not a game.

I feel like I might be missing something here because you tagged people (inside joke?) but this still made me LOL.
It's from Supernatural. The Leviathans were creatures from purgatory who pretended to be human and nearly took over the entire human race by making them zombies through food (like a demonic HFCS) and the leader was this very rich businessman.
Or so I've been told. Her numbers have been blocked from my phone, which she's apparently pretty sad about.
This is only flameful because you aren't sharing the story of why/how you made her cry. I mean, I love stories about people crying.
I actually don't know why she cried exactly, but I'm assuming she's just now learned that I no longer have any use for her. My SIL told me that MIL was trying to get in touch with me and was upset that I wasn't responding. My response was, "oh well." End scene. A few days later I heard about the crying, and I have no desire to probe any deeper. That would probably make her happy, which is the opposite of what I'm trying to achieve here.

Two weeks ago, my in laws met H and picked up our kid, in an unprecedented solo visit, and then she refused to go inside of their house and lost her shit. Since we weren't in town, my MIL had to suffer the indignity of calling my Mom for help and that was just too much for her, the grandma who puts in minimal effort and then wonders why my kid thinks she's weird. Anyway, I'm sure this is all my fault somehow but I have no clue because I don't answer those phone calls. I'm just going to keep revelling in what it must have looked like when my Mom showed up and G basically just ran for her car and jumped in, like 'see ya suckers'.

So is LHC doing the amoosed schtick now? That's kind of funny, but it's also really weird. Stop being weird, dude!
No, not really. I'm just popping in here and there when I get a minute. Things have been crazy lately. then again, I'm weird anyway; this should not be news!
I feel like if you go from supporting Bernie to Gary Johnson you don't actually understand politics or party platforms and just want to look cool and counterculture.
This pisses me off so much. His stance on gun control is that more people should conceal carry.
His quote is, "Gee, do I try to steal this woman's purse in this parking lot, or seven or eight of these people who are around here, are they carrying weapons and I might get hurt, so I'm going to not accost her."
Like, it's mind blowing to me that these uber Sanders supporters are going to support him just because he isn't Hillary. It literally makes no sense. One person told me she agrees with Hillary on 96% of issues and gary Johnson on 73% of issues but is going to vote Gary Johnson because 73% isn't bad. What the fuck.

You need to get someone to secretly record one of these scenes for next time! I knew my MIL was a little dense, but not sure why she thinks she can treat her son like shit and expect his wife to ignore it. Um, I don't recall marrying your old ass, lady. You're a non factor as far as I'm concerned. Easily dismissed.
