Okay, so I kind of need a time line to all this...when did the charges come in relation to the posts on TK or TN or whatever, where she said she had lost a child? Someone draw me a flow chart!
I will also say that, based on info I got via PMs, one of the scammy things she lied about online (ETA: On the nest/bump) was how her XH was a shitbag who did all these terrible things, when really she was the one doing terrible things. Now her child and business appear to be real, but we see again that she's "divorcing" a shitbag of a man. How likely is it that this time it's true? Zero. So don't come for us with the sob story that you've changed.
like the day goes on and shit gets worse, so crazy.
I was very wrong to give her the benefit of the doubt about anything (i.e. trying to atone for her past). I just always want to believe there is good underneath....but no, that is so not the case here.
I hate that she pulled us into her crazy life drama.

So did she say her XH was a shit bag for both of her marriages?

Did she even tell GBCN she was married 2x? I know she posts here that her XH is a terrible person who wants nothing to do with his own child. I wasn't around for her nest/bump shenanigans so I'll let others handle that part.

Oh, okay, that makes sense, I thought there was info about her previous marriage somewhere. ITA about how she has painted her 'current' ex.

Can you give us anymore details on the burglary and forgery stuff?
Please. I'm begging you. I'm very pregnant and angry and also my cervix is doing a weird thing when I do a kegel. lol
I will gratefully accept a PM if you don't want to post here.
The document I saw did not go into any details at all. It just has dates and identifying info about her.

So the story is sees sells $1M annually? Moo n cookies from Arizona? Our friends who own a bakery storefront were thrilled when they sold $500K. And they have a huge kitchen in the shop.
I remember that it came up once that she should go on Shark Tank, and she basically said she had no need for investors because she had sold $1M worth of cookies already. I THINK that was total sales, not annual sales, but I don't remember for sure. I remember thinking that was an AWFUL LOT of sales for someone who made cookies out of her home kitchen (though I remember watching one of her news segments and it looked like she had some commercial grade equipment in her kitchen, large mixers, ovens, etc).
ETA: She also had a very expensive-looking kitchen that looked like it was roughly the size of the main floor of my house.

Didn't she say Shark Tank came to HER about being on the show and she turned them down?
I don't remember her ever saying she was married before but I don't have the best memory.
I concur. However, I will also admit I mostly followed the cookie posts because I was amazed at the success she was having. So much so that I looked into starting my own baking business, via a cottage kitchen. Which is how I discovered that she cannot ship her product anywhere- even within the state of Arizona. Her laws are essentially identical to mine, except my state has implemented an annual income cap (AZ does not have one).
I do recall her answering/stating at some point on here that Arizona has "very forgiving home business/kitchen laws" and that has allowed her to be so successful. When in actuality, that is not true. What has allowed her to be successful is operating illegally and being a lying liar who lies, several times over.

She may have said that? I just remember her saying she had no need for anyone else's free money because she was doing so fabulously well. I think she may have also said something about preferring to work alone and not have a business partner.
possibly dumb question about the kitchen thing. Is it allowed if you have one kitchen for personal use, and another just for your business? I don't remember her every saying she had 2 kitchens but I wondered if that's a way some people get around it.

She has a commercial (I guess?) mixer. She has a regular oven. She has an upright deep freezer in her living room (I'd guess?) for just Moo n Cookies products, to freeze prior to shipping. Otherwise nothing is commercial- a regular side by side fridge in her kitchen, a regular single oven, several baking racks (like you could buy from Costco) that she could put pans of finished products on, a standard sink. I assume she has a dishwasher, otherwise she is violating the three-bay sink portion of a cottage kitchen requirement. She also has a chest freezer in her garage used for storing things like the candy bars she uses in the cookies and bars. And like a spare bedroom stores all of her dry goods. By cottage kitchen laws, her son should not have access to any of these things.

Shit, I have a really bad memory, but I'm pretty sure the news segment showed her son working with her in her kitchen (though maybe it was a personal kitchen and not a commercial kitchen, if she indeed had separate kitchens), which it seems would have been in violation of state health laws. But it's hard to tell what would have been staged for a TV segment vs. how she normally operated.
After reading everything, it seems ridiculous to argue that going after her business is wrong because it's her livelihood and she needs it to support her child. That's like saying, well, this armed robber is using the money to feed his kid, so we should just let him KOKO. Technically not exactly the same, but close enough.
When did she open the business? I can't seem to remember. After the divorce?
Well according to the article posted it was before the divorce because the first day she started baking her husband came home and she told him she sold some of her bars.

I mean, if she really is in violation of several state laws, as it appears she is, then I don't see anything wrong with alerting other potential customers. If her business was 100% totally legitimate and completely separate from everything else then MAAAYYYBEEE I would feel bad about it, but still I don't think she should be trusted with people's financial info.

Feb 2014. Divorce was not until March of 2015. But the story was that somehow he had no idea how much money she was bringing in, right? In Dec of 14 she was asking if they could do Disney for less than $2k.

Feb 2014, according to the news article that was posted. She also stated she should make $200k in sales that year, with an estimated 50% of that going towards operating costs.
Remember, she can deduct lots by running her business out of her home. A portion of her mortgage, utility bills, car payment, gas, car maintenance, purchase of kitchen appliances, etc.
Another thing- all those things "from the goodness of her heart" are tax deductions. My H comes from a looooong line of self employed people, including himself at one point. I've heard several "tips" of how to deduct nearly everything, make income as low as possible for tax purposes, etc. Wanna know why my FIL sponsored my son's jogathon? Tax deduction, it looks good for his business, and of course supporting his grandson (he *is* honestly generous in his heart of hearts, but "tax deduction" is absolutely one of the first things that pops in his head as a business owner). Every donation she has ever made is a business transaction and decision.

She only has one kitchen and she pays someone daily to come in and do all the dishes after baking for Moo N Cookies. IIRC she's said they eat out a lot since she's in the kitchen so often with business stuff. I have the memory of a gnat so I have no clue why I seem to remember things about a random poster like this.
