Oh lord. I am terrified and elated.

Smallish house on three lots - nearly 10k sq ft of land. Only one neighbor (corner house with alley). The river is across the street with 34 miles of paved biking/walking trails. Golf course a block away. 5 min from one job, 15 from the other. Totally updated and exactly my style, I don't even need to paint. Two large raised gardens plus huuuuge patio with wood burning stove. Come on inspection!!

Oh, and I did it all by myself (with an awesome realtor and lender)!
