Weekend plans?

Friday night: 4 yr old karate belt test
Saturday morning: 11 yr old karate tournament
Saturday Afternoon: 11 yr old soccer game
Sunday Morning: 4 mile run
Sunday Afternoon: 11 yr old soccer game

We're going to the Cal football game Sat but nothing else planned. When I told the kids about the game BabyLiu said "Yay!" but the boy had conditions.

3yo: Can we take the train?
Me: yeas
3yo: Can I wear my sunglasses?
Me: sure
3yo: I guess we can go

This is my last weekend before the Chicago marathon so I'll be doing a bit of running, and a lot of hot yoga.

Saturday is an annual race that I go to, Wine at the line. I haven't run the race in years, I go to cheer on other people running and drink wine while I do it.

Friday - Body works class in the morning, doctor appointment, take my car in for service in the afternoon, pick up my rug from the cleaner's, maybe get my brows done depending on the time and whether I can avoid traffic.

Saturday - morning hike, brunch with friends, nap lol, movies and dinner with DH.

Sunday - yoga, then making two dinners because DS is coming (extra for him and his roommate that he can take back with him).

Im going to a festival of books on Saturday.
Sunday is Lupus Awareness day at Metlife so I'll be there in the morning and staying for the game

@natariru, have fun and remember I fly into Newark on October 14th( leaving out of LGA on the 17th) if you want to have dinner that Friday before I head into the city. I stay right at Columbus circle usually.

Tomorrow is a company Golf Tournament. I am driving the beer cart, I imagine I will be very busy and popular.

You come on too!!!! I land at 7 at Newark and KNOW I am going to be hungry so I wanted to go into Newark and eat at a Spanish restaurant*. H will be working late so I don't have to rush into the city. Looks like it's easy to get from the airport to the part of Newark with the restaurants. 



*The only meat I eat is fish and we have WEAK ASS Spanish places here in Atlanta.

Today I am off. It is my birthday. I swear it has rained on my birthday every year since I turned 30. Don't really have anything planned just getting stuff done around the house.

Saturday and Sunday I will be working. My days off are changing starting Sunday to Friday-Saturday so I have to work the whole weekend. At least I will get off at 130 so I can still do things. But having to work Sunday mornings means I have to change my church time. I don't know how likely Sunday night church will be.

My ds is off of school today so we have a few errands to run as a trio. Slow moving!
Tomorrow dd has dance and then we have two birthday parties to attend. Dh and I may do one each. If the weather is nice, I want to take the kids to the zoo on Sunday. Tonight I plan on getting a solo hr or two which means I will probably sit at Starbucks. Try not to be jelly.

Tonight is CrossFit and H will be home so maybe movie night and very likely take-out. I have two runs planned for this weekend which I wish included a bootcamp challenge they are having on a local base but sadly probably won't do it. I wanted to go there to relive bootcamp (OK, just for the obstacles) and then head over to a theme park after but DD1 has homecoming that night and that ruined my plans.   We have nothing planned aside from cleaning, meal prepping, and my runs.  I think I'll take DD2 to an ice cream parlor while DD2 is at homecoming.  Next weekend will be an exciting weekend!

Why did the dealership wait until this to look at the service I scheduled online to tell me they have to special order my tires, so now I can't take my car in until Monday? Very annoying. What if I was driving out of town? I'm tempted to mention it on the surveys they always send, but everyone there is SO nice, I don't want to cause anyone any problems, but I am annoyed.

Someone paid it forward and bought my Starbucks order in drive-through today. So sweet! I wanted to pay for the person behind me and the woman was like, "But there's no one behind you." Next time.

My feet have been swelling like crazy so my weekend plans are dependent on how big they get.

Tonight: take dd to the library and directed cleanup with DH.

Satueday: Zoo in the morning and maybe some shopping. DD needs more shoes. Friends are coming over for drinks in the evening.

Sunday: Church... for real, I'm going to go this week. Brunch after church.
