I like my Fisher Price Space Saver (straps to a regular dining chair). Do I LOVE it? No. It has a fabric cover that has to be washed after super messy meals. But I like it, and the cover is super easy to wash, and it air dries quickly.
We just bought a second Stokke Tripp Trapp for DD and the baby kit. We had a regular high chair for DS when he was a baby but it was a pia to clean. It's kind of pricey but it can be used into adulthood and you can usually find them on Craigslist if you keep your eyes open. It doesn't take up a lot of space either and is easy to clean.
I don't think I'd use the word love about a high chair, but we've been using this Graco 4 in 1 for about 2.5 years and it's been great. It's truly grown with DS and DD has been using it since she was 4 months old.
The high chair reclines so you can start putting infants in it around 3-4 months. Both DD and DS enjoyed just hanging out in there while I'd get dinner ready. Then it's just a regular, functional high chair. You can also remove the chair and it can strap onto a regular dining room chair, with or without the tray, depending if you want them to use the table. There's also a separate booster seat that can strap onto a chair or you can use the lower part of the high chair to be a tall seat to pull up to the table.
(I'd just look at the pictures and descriptions on Amazon, it explains it better than I can)
Right now, DD uses the high chair and DS uses the booster. It's nice that there are a lot of different options and parts for different stages.

We love our Ikea Antilop. Cheap ($20!), easy to clean, light/easy to move around. Both kids have used from the time they could sit supported (~5mo) and DD can still fit at 3. We have an older version of the support pillow that we used when they were small.
Fisher Price Healthy Care Booster is amazing! It clips on to regular chairs, has a clip in tray with lid (awesome when they don't finish a meal), is easy to take places, very easy to clean and converts to a booster when kids are old enough (but not tall enough) to sit at the table.
Ikea! Why spend anymore than that. My oldest used it til 3yrs. After that we bought an oxo booster without straps. My mil gifted us one of those $200 highchairs that becomes a proper chair (first remove the tray, then keep lowering the seat and foot rest....) and we never use it, fits weird at our table and dd wants to b in a real chair like us.
I really like our Oxo Tot Sprout. Easy to clean, no fabric cover, looks good.
We have this one and really like it. Although once DS got a little older we moved onto one that clipped on to a regular chair and used it like a booster (without the tray). It was nice having him right at the table with us.
My biggest piece of advice I wish I had realized about high chairs was just make sure it's as easy as possible to clean - pulling off the cover and washing it is a PITA if you have to do it three times a day. Or even once a day.
Stokke Tripp trap for both kids. We have a fisher price that we use at my inlaws and it's much harder to clean. We use the play tray or pull up right to the table when they are older. I didn't use the baby kit with DS2 because he sat well with just the straps.

We have a space saver for DS2 (it's alright) and a Graco Slim Spaces for DD. I like that it folds up, it has wheels to move around, the cover is washable. The tray is two parts so it's easy to wash and supposedly, the part that comes off is dishwasher safe, but our dishwasher is too small for it to fit.

Yup, big fan of this one! We also have the Ikea high chair but haven't used it yet.

Another vote for the trip trapp! Although I was disappointed that M was never able to use the baby kit because her thighs were too fat to fit, lol. We used the baby kit for A until she was 2.5, though.
We just got a graco 3-in-1 highchair for DS. I love it because you can take the seat out and strap it to a dinning room chair, use the base as a chair without the seat as sort of a booster, and as a normal highchair. Also, it's adjustable to become different heights.
We had the FP Space Saver and hated it.I wanted one without a cover, but still padded. It is super easy to clean and the tray can be removed with one hand. It is also stored magnetically on the back of the chair legs. Pricey, though. I got it at Albee Baby with a coupon and free ship.

Based on my experience, don't get anything with a cushion that you need to wash. So annoying. But make sure the straps can be laundered.
Other than that, my son refused the high chair after 18m, so it was a one year thing for us. He moved on to the IKEA table/chair set, which he still uses 2 years later.

We LOVE our trip trapp. I would never have spent $300 on one but now that I have one I see why people do spend $300 and I may buy a second when DS2 needs it. I'll give DS1 the choice if he wants to keep sitting in it (as a chair) or pass it on.
I love our trip trapp! If you go that route look for the bundle that includes the baby seat and tray. I think we only paid $299 from Nordstrom a few years ago. My niece and nephew both still use theirs and they are in early elementary school.
