On the playground at recess. We never played together because of the age/grade gap but I watched him and his BFF walk laps around the playground while plotting to take over the world.
Then we changed schools and were completely separated due to grade levels.
~4-5 years later he started going to my church and he had a crush on me while I dated other guys. We got together and have never been apart since.

We met in high school through a mutal friend. We were friends and even went to senior prom together but dated other people for a while. Freshman year of college we became really close, then best friends and eventually got together as a couple.
I met DH at my second job. I took a weekend job after I divorced ex-dh to help with bills. We knew each other for two years before we even started dating.
But then one day something happened dot, dot, dot, and the rest is history.

We went to school together our whole lives, but we were officially introduced after high school. We ended up at the same parties three or four weekends in a row and were introduced through mutual friends. There was a New Years Eve kiss, and it went from there.
His best friend from HS was roommates with my friend since the 7th grade. We bumped into each other on and off at things, but hit it off on a camping trip - Labor Day weekend 2005
We met really randomly in passing at a mutual acquaintance's get together that neither of us was planning on going to initially. We were inseparable from the moment we met. It was totally like out of a movie when there's cheesy slow motion eyes meeting and sparks flying. It was awesome - we've been together for 7 years now (whoa..) married for four.
ETA: Also, his friend was planning to try to set him up with another friend at the party. Sorry girlfriend, SOULMATE POWER.
We met in a bar. Neither of us drink all that much or barhop which is why we find it so amusing.
My friend and her friend were both having relationship problems; since I had just separated from my ex my friend invited me along for a night out. Her friend showed up an hour or more ahead of us and was already falling off her stool drunk at a table with three guys. I guess she figured "Hey, three guys for three girls. And two lawyers and a union electrician. Ka-Ching!" The three guys were DH, his boss and his boss' friend. DH's ex had flown out from Washington a couple weeks earlier to try to get back with him and get him to move back to DC. It did not go over well so his boss decided he needed a night out as well. I ended up playing darts with him while friends were dancing with the other two guys. Boss gave me DH's number (and I gave him mine) and a couple weeks later I decided to buck up and give him a call since he hadn't called me. Last week was the 18th anniversary of our first date, if I have it figured out right.
We met in college, through a club we were both a part of. Because I was the secretary and then the VP-Internal (dealing with member issues), we talked a bunch of times. But I don't remember them. There were over 100 people in the club, so it was hard to keep track.
I organized a club trip to a local hockey game and he was the only one who wanted to go. I had a boyfriend, but realized how much I liked him. Once my exboyfriend and I broke up and he moved to South Africa, DH and I started hanging out much more. And history was written.
OkCupid. Three times I tried to reply to his first message to me and I almost gave up. The first time there was a power outage after I'd written a long ass reply right before I was going to send it. Second reply, my cat unplugged the computer accidentally after I'd rewritten said long ass reply and I cursed so hard. Third reply I scrapped the long ass reply and told him I thought the universe was telling me I shouldn't talk to him after those 2 occurrances.
We met for coffee 2 weeks later and it was SUPER awkwardville. We barely looked at each other the entire time, there were many awkward silences, and I told him at one point that I was pretty sure I would never sleep with him. Somehow that date alone lasted 5 hours and ended with us sitting in my car listening to and discussing music.
The second date he got me drunk and I threw myself at him but he was a good boy and didn't take advantage of me. Third date was to the sex shop and that sealed the deal. <3 Award love ever since.
We met when I was 17. I was drunk, he was sober. I tried to get him naked, he climbed out of a window and ran away. He was engaged but didn't tell me. He spent the next four years looking for me.
Fast forward 4 years. We met AGAIN at a party at his house. THen we got married.
