A Baby's Best Friend

DS is a terrible sleeper and has not done well in a PnP so we're probably going to use A Baby's Best Friend and get him a crib. Does anyone have experience with them that they can share? I guess my concern is about them picking up the stuff on our departure date - our flight is pretty early so we'll want to be out the door early in the morning. We are staying at Old Key West, which is pretty spread out. Do they come directly to your room, or do you have to bring it to the bellhop station? Was your rental in good condition?

We have used them twice. We only rented a crib once. I believe they came to the room for pick up both times however our departure was not super early. Everything was in good condition.

We used a PNP at AoA 2 years ago. It was in good condition. I don't remember much about the experience, which means it wasn't a hassle. I'm pretty sure it was in the room when we arrived, or shortly thereafter. We didn't have to return it to the desk. We were in one of the farthest rooms from the check in desk so I would have remembered that.
