Best time to book BLT through a broker?

We're planning to go to WDW next year in late January/early February with some friends (my best mom friend and I have daughters that are besties and are the same age!). Each family will have their own room and we want to stay at BLT to be able to take advantage of the monorail and so we can walk to MK. When would be the best time to book, IYO, if we want to book via a site like Davids?

DVC owners can book at their home resorts 11 months out. I'd book at the 11 month window and see if any owners have points to rent.

Davids told us last time we used them 11 months was the best time to book. There is a bit of a premium, but for us, it was worth the piece of mind.

We're planning to book next month for Dec 2017.
