Harry Potter - CA vs FL

Planning on a trip to HP world in the spring. My DD is a huge fan and we want the best experience for her. Which park would you recommend going to or did you prefer?

Never been to CA. The parks in FL are great though. You will need to do both parks to see all the Harry Potter stuff. If you focus just on HP you should be able to see it all in one day if needed.

Harry Potter in CA is a lot smaller than what FL has, so if that's the deciding factor I'd go to FL for sure.

I've been to both. Definitely go to Florida. CA only has Hogsmeade and FL has Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley and the Hogwarts Exprees train connecting them. You have to buy a park hopper ticket because the two parts are in different parks and you can't go to both and ride the train without the park hopper ticket. Also look into the interactive wands.,, they're really fun!
