Oh dear, I am so, so sorry to read this. I cannot believe your positive attitude; you are incredible. Please know I am thinking of you and your husband.
spearmintleaf - That is what I am telling myself, thank you. We actually have a day 5 embryo that is a slightly higher grade than the one we transferred (we transferred a 3AB and froze a 3AA). RE said the 3AB was graded a 1 on day 3 while the 3AA was a 2 (which is still good). We also have an okay 2BB and a meh 4AC but people have had success with both so I am not giving up.
Oh no, I'm sorry. Please know there are MANY of us around here who had a c/p with a fresh cycle who went on to get/stay pregnant with the subsequent frozen cycle. Me, knx, janegold, and several more.
Frozen cycles are WAY easier, and it's a good sign that you got pregnant. I hope you take your time to grieve but please don't be discouraged.
This is a really good point. DW had a CP on a fresh cycle and did eventually get pregnant on an FET as well.

Just saw this - Yep, I've had two transfers - fresh and frozen. I had a very early loss with my fresh transfer and am 27 weeks pregnant off of our subsequent frozen transfer. You've got an amazing attitude, pandora89 <3 I'm sorry that this happened, but I am so very hopeful for your frozen transfer. It is also a much easier process than a fresh cycle.
Another anecdote for FET success: I got pregnant from a frozen transfer because of OHSS after retrieval. I think my RE actually said the stats for FET are just as good as fresh cycles, some studies show they are better.
