Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

What's everyone up to?  Fun plans?

My friend from old city is visiting sometime before nap today!!  Excited to see her!  

C and I will run with my dad tomorrow if his schedule is open...always a great way to start the day for me!

My dad called yesterday and said they want to buy me a new phone as an early bday present.  He realizes money is tight but that my phone is my sanity saver/avenue to life outside the boys and wants to do this.  I was going to get my exact phone for less than $100 but my step mom is trying to convince me to get an iPhone 6s.  She might change her mind when she sees how much it costs though (retail is $550).  She is going when they open this morning and I will try to go some time this afternoon.  She might meet me there too.  If we can't get that done due to naps she is coming over to visit with the boys! Fun and busy day planned!!

Also, L had an awesome night with only 1 wake-up!! First time ever and it was great even though I didn't sleep much after and have basically been awake since 3a.

Home today after getting my infected wisdom tooth removed yesterday. It sucks.

On pain meds right now so things are pretty ok.

Trying not to buy too much LLR lol.

luv2rn4fun I feel so bad about missing work today because I know we are short staffed but my H and Mom both said I needed to stay home. I hate missing work it mkes me feel so guilty.

My boss just sent me a text asking me to come to Miami the week of the 27th. And I said yes. So now I'm looking for flights, hotel, rental car, etc and trying not to lose my shit while I wait for my therapist's office to open so I can call to try and get an emergency appointment.

I can't believe I said yes. I can't drive more than an hour away from home without having a panic attack. What was I thinking??

melsamoony- ((hugs)) sorry you feel so bad but I think you made the right decision. I am sure your work understands. I had mine pulled in HS and it was not something I would have gone to work the next day.

I picked up Chick-Fil-A for breakfast after dropping the dog off at doggy daycare. Yum!

We're going over to my parents house tonight for dinner. It'll be the last time we're all over there before they move.

Tomorrow H is putting up new baseboards in a couple of rooms, so I'll need to figure out how to keep DS out of his way.

I'm still feeling miserable today but at least my fever is gone. I'm at work, partially functioning, lol. Trying to decide between getting some tea (logical) or spicy Cheetos and a Surge from the vending machine. Anything to help clear up my nose!

Related, anyone have a good cure for the raw skin under my nose? It's red and flaking from blowing my nose so much and it hurts! I've tried coconut oil, Vaseline and lotion and nothing seems to be helping!

Lots of chores left to do but I finally crossed off my credit card application. And I called the phone company about our bill. Phone wise, that's a lot for me.

I have a phone date tonight with one of my high school friends. We haven't talked in a while & once the baby is here, uninterrupted phone calls will be impossible.

melsamoony, It's better for you to take off so you can heal! When I had my two wisdom teeth removed (not impacted), I had it done on either a Wed or Thursday, took off Friday, and went back to sub at the high school level on Monday. Yeah, Monday afternoon's dr appointment was not good- I got yelled at because it wasn't healing right because "I must have talked too much". Dude, teacher's gotta talk, and I needed money.

My boss decided to make today, "team colors day" in honor of March Madness. Um, it's also St. Patrick;s day....so a lot of people look like basketball fans going to a St. Patrick's day parade.

We're officially moved! Closed on the new house this morning, moved in this afternoon! We got a lot done thanks to a lot of family help, but there is still so much more. We're staying at DH's brother's house for another night to allow for time to get a bit more settled.

Had a little St. Paddy's Day party at brother's house too, and now I'm chilling with my niece while E sleeps. The other adults went out and DH is at our house working some more.

I cleaned out the loft yesterday (there's still a to file pile, and two milk crates of work stuff to eventually sort/put in file folder). Tonight I cleaned 2 of the 3 bathrooms, and our room, and spare room.

tomorrow my folks are coming over and taking us for breakfast. Right now, I'm vegging on the couch, watching The Lucky One, while eating pizza rolls and reese eggs.

I babysat my friends 2 kids for 2 1/2 hrs today. 3 kids is a lot of work, lol.

DD woke up every 1-2 hours last night. 😞 I'm exhausted, she also hasn't slept more then 20 mins maybe 4-5 times today since 8am. (Just over 12 hrs) I hope this means she will sleep well tonight. She is also cluster feeding, and her nose sounds all stuffed up. I hope she's not getting a cold.

Baby related- awick14, this morning they ranged from 4-5 mins apart then went to ten minutes so apart then stopped. Nothing really since.

awick14 We typically take her twice a week, Tuesday and Friday. She'll be four at the end of the month and we've been doing it since she got all of her shots as a puppy. Sometimes we take her on a walk or two in addition to daycare if the weather is nice. She's always tired at night anyway because DS keeps her busy during the day, lol.

Hope your DD lets you get some sleep tonight!

It's just funny as we took our pup tues and fri this week. Lol. We usually take him only once a week but we've been so busy we're taking him more often lately.

Our pup loves it! And he's done nothing but sleep since we picked him up.
