I didn't do very well last week. Between H and I only having one day off together and my last minute travel plans, I only got two days of workouts in.

Honestly, I have no idea. H and I don't have any days off together, and I've got so much going on this week to finish getting ready. I haven't even thought about a training plan.
Nutrition/meal planning?
Nope. My anxiety is out of control, so I'm just eating what I can handle.
Workouts?
I hope I do some.

I'm just so tired. I haven't slept in days, my appetite is completely gone, my anxiety is through the roof, and I don't have any energy for the gym.
Last week I did ok eating wise (until my period arrived and I wanted all the chocolate & cheese as usual), but it poured rain so I couldn't do my daily stroller walks.
Plan for this week: eat better, hope it doesn't pour rain everyday as it's finally spring.
Nutrition/meal planning: Eh, lunches I usually do ok and I'm trying really hard to sneak veggies into casseroles/foods that I already make.
Workouts: well today I went on two stroller walks. If the rain stays away I'll go on 1/day all week.
No awes or vents.... except that I'm done with the rain.
Oh! I guess I do have an AW. H and I did progress pictures last week, and weighed ourselves. There's a noticeable difference in the muscles in my arms and shoulders, and I'm up 6.4 lbs from my lowest weight (which is good because I was dangerously underweight). Up 1.4 lbs from the last time I weighed myself, which was the beginning of January.
