We just moved in and are trying to make sense of the yard. We think it at one time had been beautiful, but a few years of neglect have taken its toll. Any help would be appreciated! We live in Philly.
The very last photo in your second post is an azalea (I think). I have no clue on the others although the ground cover looks familiar... curious to see what others figure out
See if your county extension office has a master gardener. Some will come out to identify plants at your home, some will do it in office, via pictures/samples. It also gets a little easier to ID plants once you have more than a few leaves to go on- flowers, full bushes, seed.
I hope you settle in well and get some good answers!

Yep! I would contact your extension office - my Mom answers these sorts of questions all the time. (If I were home I'd ask her since many of these are SUPER familiar to me)
The middle photo at the top might be daisies? Do you have a listing photo w/the plants in bloom? I'd just let them grow and see if/when they bloom. We did that for several years at our house.
It should be easier to tell when they leaf and grow a bit more.
