L was up early this morning but thankfully went back to sleep (I didn't though). I got up, made coffee, and did some reading for my dads business. Waiting for the boys to be awake and then will take them to get bagels and more coffee!!
I am excited for tomorrow...my HS BFF, her mom, and two kiddos are meeting us at Disneyland!! We will only go for a few hours but it will be fun seeing everyone!
This week is likely to be exhausting between DH not being home (long work hours), a water leak that needs to be fixed, my parents are out of town (so no backup help), and going to Disneyland tomorrow. I have made my to do list so hopefully I can manage to be productive.
We all had trouble waking up this morning. Trying to pep talk myself today! Ha! Hoping no one walks by my office, wandering what the heck is going on! Hoping to see some sunshine soon!!!
luv2rn4fun, sorry about the leak but have a great time at Disney!!
I survived the weekend solo parenting and being 37+ weeks pregnant, including managing a 4 hour road trip with my DD on my own to go to a friend's shower and a family celebration. H comes home today and I am sooo ready to have his help. It's supposed to rain here all day though so hopefully that doesn't delay everything too badly.
This is my last full week of work and I have a TON to do. I ordered groceries online this morning to pick up on my way home, so that should be a big help.
I started my period yesterday and it suuuuuuuuucks. My BC helps keep the pain somewhat manageable, but it still isn't enjoyable at all. I told H that we aren't doing legs or abs this week, because I don't want to. lol.
Blue Moon- way to go this weekend! I hope you get a break soon and catch up on rest! You are getting so close!
DH called and the plumber should be here between 12-3. But that is just to provide an estimate and then work will be scheduled for 2-3 days later. Ugh. Trying to be home with the boys and having very limited water is no fun. And my parents are OOT and my grandma is watching their dog so we can't go there until they are home (although if it's really bad I might just go pick her up and take her home and suck it up dealing with the boys there and taking care of a dog).
DS was sick last week and then we went out of town for the weekend. It was a busy weekend, but we had a good time.
We're still at the IL's house because the painters are still working. It took them four days just to do the den. They should be done today or tomorrow, then I have to go over there and clean up before we can take DS home. Poor guy hasn't slept in his bed since last Saturday night.

C woke up before 7 today (ugh, she's been doing this lately, used to sleep til 715 or 730) and I spoke to her over the monitor to tell her I just woke up and to give me a minute. Well, apparently she didn't like that because she then swung her leg up over the crib and tried climbing over. I haven't moved that fast in a long time, lol.
At 8am we had a very loud knock on our front door. I find a heating/cooling guy at my door and asked how I could help him. HE HAD THE WRONG HOUSE. Thanks for making my dog bark like crazy, bozo!
I took C and the dog for a walk around the neighborhood. It's gorgeous outside. This is the first time in a LONG time I got any exercise, and it felt great. I'm proud of myself!

suzv, as long as your friend is willing to pay your realtor some commission, your realtor should be happy. We did FSBO last summer and we paid the buyer's agent commission (3,2- meaning 3% on the first 100,000 dollars, and 2% on the remaining). Your realtor would still be getting commission (generally the same amount he/she would if there was another agent he/she had to split the commission with); your friend will just be saving on paying commission to an agent of her own.
suzv- of course your realtor isn't happy as she may lose out on commission. But all that matters is that you get a house you want, and that you can afford. Unless you co with what christy082 says.
DD got her 4 month shots this morning, now we are relaxing for most of the day. We do have plans to go to a baby talk thing at 1:30 and then we have an appointment with a real estate agent at 6pm. (Our current agent won't be happy, but we haven't listed yet so we are weight all our options.)
suzv - I think it depends whether little man will be mobile yet. If he is just in the sitting up but still kind of a lump phase, it is kind of a perfect time to go. We took R at around 6-7 months for about a week and it was great. We just got a little tent (I can send you the link). It's even better if someone has one of those tailgating tents. My MIL also had that, which was awesome. We would set that up in the morning and leave it out all day. We'd go down in the morning, hang out under the tent for a while, go up for naps/lunch, then go back in the afternoon. We have our annual trip scheduled around labor day this year and I'm MUCH more nervous now that R is all over the place.
