For the first time in a while, I feel like I did really well last week. Yesterday ended up being a rest day because H and I were OOT for most of the day and didn't have time to make it to the gym, but I did 6/7 of my planned workouts and added in some unplanned archery time.
Also, I finished week one of C25k.
What small changes do you plan to make this week?
Water, water, water. On the days I remember to drink it, I'm really good about drinking enough. But if I don't remember to fill up my water bottle in the morning, I'll go most of the day without drinking any.
No changes this week. Sticking to the same meal plans I've been doing, but I need to watch my snacking. That's where I get into trouble.
Vents/AWs?
I was worried that I would have lost a lot of progress after taking a few weeks off from the gym, and I was really excited to see that wasn't the case. I actually set some new personal bests this week. It feels so good to be back at it. It sounds weird to say, but I missed being sore. lol.

Last week was GREAT for workouts. I was so sore at the end of the week, which I hadn't been in a while. Everything else was a crapshoot because of my birthday, though. Too much junk and alcohol. I usually only have drinks about once a month, but I had drinks about three times last week.
We went to the beach and had pool days last week and I wasn't happy with how I looked. I really need to buckle down before my cruise in August, if only so I don't feel TOTALLY ridiculous with my friends' gaggle of 23/24/25 year old bridesmaids.
I haven't made it to the grocery store yet, so I need to NOT go while hungry for a change and avoid buying carb-y snacks.
wanderingenough - FWIW, I saw the pictures you posted and thought you looked great!
I never thought I would be the kind of person who enjoys being sore, but it feels so good to be sore again! It's like my way of knowing I'm working hard enough. lol.

suzv -- Thankfully, I'm rooming with my BFF who is my age. It's her baby sis who I've known forever who is getting married. I was like "it'll hit 10pm and we will be like 'time for the mama chaperones to go to bed!" The bride is only 24.

I did ok last week.
My changes this week is to really buckle down on my eating. There is no real junk food in our house anymore.
My workout plans this week are kinda screwy thanks to an off schedule at work. I just want to make sure I am moving around more, not sitting on my butt at work. Thursday I plan on a run or workout video. Friday, crossfit. Saturday a hike. Sunday, crossfit.
Meal plans: Monday: homemade BBQ chicken pizza Tuesday: taco bowls Wednesday: leftovers Thursday: balsamic roasted chicken thighs with roasted veggies. Friday: Salisbury steak over mashed cauliflower and green beans Saturday: tilapia with veggies
