Yuk Bug guy just left and found a new "mouse " hike in the garage
Guess we need to start house hunting again
Looked online for a solid hour today We have a shitty mortgage so for the same price can get a significantly more expensive home for the same price instead of a refi
We're going to see that house Wednesday evening. . Talking over the logistics of how it would happen. My H is super duper in love with it so I think the right price would motivate him enough to take the lion's share of making it happen. Trying to evaluate everything I can dig up here if it happened, lol.
Also I just got my spider veins treated. They said it could take 8 wks to disappear though
I need to do this! How does it work and does it hurt bc I'm a baby?
So they basically shoot up your veins with saline solution. It is small pinches with the needle. Maybe 20 shots? But the ones on my thigh barely hurt at all. The ones on the side of my knee hurt a bit more. Now I'm all black and blue and I have to wear support hose for 48 hours.
Ahhhh fusion, are you guys thinking of moving?? I haven't been on much this week.
G is working me today. He asked if I could come pick him up at lunch so he wouldn't have such a long day. I already feel bad; way to twist the knife kiddo.

yeah there's a stunning 6 acre property with an amazing house that my husband found that we are going to look at. We want acreage (and to get away from HOAs and the suburbs) but we were planning on looking at the end of the year more seriously.
Thanks for the update jnoellee. Sounds like she's doing great. Blake was non verbal until 3 - i understand the fear of not ever hearing her speak. Blake also did PECs for awhile through his school. His private therapist had him start using an iPad with the LAMP app to help him communicate and expand his language. Maybe she could move up to that eventually? Whether she speaks or not, she will find a way to communicate. I'm glad you are very confident in her therapists - it makes a world of difference. You are doing amazing managing everything - truly.
And I can't believe E was so good! That is awesome. I am jealous lol.
blane12 Elias didn't talk until age 3 either, he was very delayed speech and still struggles. I think maybe he has apraxia sometimes, it's improved but he has such a hard time with certain sounds and letters. He seems to have the mobility to make the sounds but can't figure it out? It is hard to explain. It's a lot different with Jane though, she doesn't do any attempts at communication or imitating. She makes a lot of repetitive noise. There is a big chance she wont speak, i think around 30 percent of autistic people never speak? I'm not exactly sure if that is the right number but it's around that. I guess only time will tell.
So we don't get a bus here Our therapists mentioned today we would qualify Anyone with an iep or diagnosis fight for thos
Yes
We just got it approved for next year and it's huge for us because her school is so far. It's really really convenient and I would fight for it if you can. Have your doctors write a note justifying why he needs it.
The lawyer we have said some people battle the district over bus alone (But you prob wouldn't need a legal battle, shit is crazy here)
jnoellee - Elias does sound very similar to apraxia. A lot of times, Blake self corrects or it takes a couple tries to get it out. You can see the wheels turning in his head knowing what he wants to say, but trying to get his mouth to do it.
I'm glad she's making progress. She is an amazing lil girl!
