I've been casually PT/PL L, but she's decided she'd rather wear diapers again than underwear. To avoid a 2.5 year old battle of wills every.single.diaper.change, I let her choose what to wear. Sometimes she'll choose CD. Other times, she'll choose her sposies (originally for ON or church nursery only). She hardly has accidents when naked at home so at least she hasn't fully regressed.
I will have an actual NB stash for our Sept baby as opposed to just the trial diapers and g-diapers I had with L.

DS finally PT'd after a week at grandma's last summer. Hasn't worn a diaper since. I'm just now starting to de-stash.
For a while he had accidents about once a week, so I was still washing an occasional prefold here and there, which I used for clean up. Then he had about 4 really great months of no accidents. And then after the new year, started having daily accidents. He just hates to stop what he's doing to go take care of things. Thankfully we've been able to incorporate addressing this as part of his therapy.
I'm finally starting to de-stash his pockets and AIOs and other fancy diapers .... but I will probably hang on to prefolds and flats a little longer until I feel confident that he won't have any more accidents.
Pip is still in cloth diapers at 4.25 years and while he will have a random day where he seems more ready for PT they are just that random days. Until those days become less random and more frequent, I'm not going to even bother with stressing over PT.
