singingpilgrim definitely remember you from back in the day. good to hear you've got another little baby!
I, too, am still in India (mainly in Bangalore, with trips to Chennai sprinkled throughout the year). We are here for the long-haul, seeing as my husband's work is keeping him busy and our son has started 1st grade. I'm still driving around the city and enjoying the new stores that have popped up (H&M tops my list). We still travel a lot for fun and MH's work, so I do get those much needed breaks away from this chaos.
OP, I hope you and your H find a more enjoyable place to live - South India is still relatively nice and comfortable. Have you thought about Sri Lanka?
I'm looking forward to participating more on this board and getting to know everyone again
I'm still in Costa Rica (originally from France but grew up in the US). It's going to be 9 years now. I now have two girls (2 and 3 yr) which is why I've been absent for so long. They rarely let me on the computer or my phone without trying to use it.
I feel Costa Rica has changed a lot since I moved here, some good, some bad changes. I managed to make some good friends after a rough first years here.
Currently I'm enjoying seeing my girls learn to speak with their mixture of French and Spanish, and the oldest getting interested in English as well since a lot of kids here go to bilingual spanish/english schools so a lot of our neighbors speak english. She keeps asking me how to say things in english. We'll see how things progress.
