That really awesome moment when the owner of the company that you're planning on applying at if you sell your business asks how business is then tells you it's awesome that you've kept your dad's business going.
We had our best weekend since baby was born a month ago. We did normal stuff like gymnastics, pool, playground, farmers market. I think what made it good is that it's the first weekend since baby arrived that I didn't want to kill DH for complaining about stuff when I am doing so much more of the heavy lifting, in terms of house and family.
Today I had a productive maternity leave day. Grocery store, had dryer vent cleaned, paid bills, sent the evite for DD's bay party next month.
Funny how just doing normal things now seems like an accomplishment . Luckily baby seems to be turning into a good independent napper - now we just need to get past the evening witching hour stuff!

We have water. For the night.
Our pressure pump went out which is good and bad. It will be $800-1,000, but it's cheaper than any repairs to the well itself. We knew we were going to have some of these expenses coming up, but it just sucks when it happens. The plumber will be back in the morning to fix it completely. Much better than the original guy that wouldn't even be here until Wednesday.
@greenmonkey I just give them the totes of clothes. I take what ever they give me for it and let them donate what they won't take. It's my one stop drop. This way I don't have to sort anything besides stained clothing removal. We've done really well with all of our sells and donates.
The new house is almost done being built and I'm really getting antsy waiting for it to be done and close to get here. I've got over flowing Pinterest boards and plans. Plus I'm over living at my parents house and not having all my things.
I had a triathlon this weekend - I signed up last minute, I wasn't originally going to race it. I guess it was a good choice b/c I got 2nd place in my age group. My first podium. I have another race in 2 weeks and then I'll be off of racing for a little while.
That is awesome!! I find it really motivating to hear "last minute" and "triathlon" in the same sentence lol! Well done!

greenmonkey1, I just take a big tote of clothes and let the store sort through what they want/don't want. I then take all the no-thank-yous to a local center that helps people in need and grab a donation slip. So that way I get money in my pocket and a tax write-off.
