freezorburn that is good to know! I am already struggling in my head as DD's accommodations are super flexible. She usually pushes herself more than I would but when she is sick sometimes she just wants to give up. I need to find the sweet spot with parenting her now that we have a 504, so I will check it out!

Update to the underwhelming wedding I went to last weekend. One of the bridesmaids has a 2 month old baby. She had this conversation with the groom's weird uncle.

Uncle: I notice you're pregnant. Congrats! When are you due?
Bridesmaid: um, actually I just had a baby
Uncle: wow, and you're pregnant again already?!

Update to my update: I am beginning to worry that I was under reacting. Also no school tomorrow. We are going to be mostly cooped up together Friday through at least Monday. Good lord give me patience. I am going to need more snacks.

A few months ago I worked on something for work that turned out to be so much more impressive than I had hoped and I'm so proud of it. I am presenting it to my state association today. I used to be on the executive board there but haven't had much involvement since my 3rd was born. It's going to feel so good to go be with my state level leader colleagues today and show them my presentation.

I have 29 new hires to process this week and countless terminations. I've had tons of lineman quitting to go do storm work in Florida. What they don't realize is we've started mobilizing crews and they'd get paid more if they stay with my company once they leave for power restoration.

Late Update: Thanks to a coupon in the mail, DD officially earned enough for her American Girl doll today. So we just ordered it. I sprang for rush shipping so she will get it next week. I'm really proud of her.

Aw Thanks guys! They all liked my project and want to use it in different ways. The next step is to send it to the National Association for feedback. I'm gonna go ahead and make it for them and keep my name on it 😉
