If I can't get rid of the dry patches via exfoliation and moisturizer, I will go without powder in the winter and set my face with a setting spray instead. MAC has a careblend pressed powder that I like. Also, have you tried using a face mist after powdering to take that powdered look away?

Yes, definitely give this a try because it works for me. I have peeling patches from healing acne all over my chin and a face mist or a setting spray (UD All-Nighter or the KVD one) actually works!

No I haven't. I have seen YTers so this, but have always wondered if it will "erase" why you just powdered (to set the makeup)?

Do you do primer, foundation, and then the spray? Or do all your make up (brush, eye, etc) then spray?

Nope, just don't open your eyes before the spray is dry. If you do, you will cause your shadow to crease.
I fan myself with a folding fan to help it dry quickly b/c I am not a patient girl in the morning.
