1. What's your favorite outfit? As in, what outfit do you get superexcited to put on when the opportunity arises. Could be work, leisure, bedtime, dressing up, etc.
2. What's your favorite movie?
3. If there is a year that you could go back and either relive or do over, which would it be?

1. I'm a sucker for leggings and this huge poncho/tunic sweater that I own. TBH, though, I get way more excited when I get to put on makeup.
2. Used to be West Side Story, then Armegeddon, but it's been about 10 years since I've had a favorite. Maybe World War Z or some end-of-the-world apocalyptic movie...
3. 1995, possibly. I still had a baby tooth that year that was pulled and instead of doing the procedure necessary to pull it down, I waited for it to come down on its own. Which it never did. Which impacted my love life my junior and senior years in a terrible way.
1. I have this shirt dress that I love paired with jeggings and a big scarf. 2. So hard! Growing up, Willy Wonka (the original) and Mary Poppins. Now? Ladder 49 is a cathartic favorite. Also love Moulin Rouge. 3. 2009 - so we could have a re-do on the whole wedding front. It was a bad time in our lives. Families hated each other, wedding stress got to us, it was just bad. I'd love to redo that whole situation in a healthier way.

1. What's your favorite outfit? As in, what outfit do you get superexcited to put on when the opportunity arises. Could be work, leisure, bedtime, dressing up, etc. I love coming home and putting on my yoga pants, tshirt, and no bra after work. The mind shift that occurs when that happens is awesome.
2. What's your favorite movie? Just one? I rewatch Sweet Home Alabama and Dazed and Confused the most.
3. If there is a year that you could go back and either relive or do over, which would it be? 2008 - we were kidless, had a huge boat in TX, and spent all weekend every weekend hanging out with our friends on the water and at the marina. Heaven.

1. Favorite outfit is probably my yoga pants, comfy shirt and sweatshirt.
2. You've Got Mail is the first thing that came to mind. Holy crap - just looked up when it came out - 1998.
3. I want a do over on my freshman year of college. I didn't get involved in the orientation activities since my roommates didn't and I followed their lead. I was incredibly shy and had awful social anxiety, despite moving all the time as a kid and I think I would have met more people and had more fun if I had gone.

1. What's your favorite outfit? As in, what outfit do you get superexcited to put on when the opportunity arises. Could be work, leisure, bedtime, dressing up, etc. A cocktail dress. I don’t have as many opportunities now to get really dressed up so I enjoy them when they do happen.
2. What's your favorite movie? Steel Magnolias
3. If there is a year that you could go back and either relive or do over, which would it be? I would like a do over for 2012. I had horrible PDD with my oldest. I didn’t realize how little of the first 10 months of DD’s life I really remember or remember accurately until a few weeks ago when I was going through pictures to make an album for my mom.

1. I have a pair of well worn baggy Under Armor pants with a baggy t-shirt that is my go to when I get home.
2. Super Troopers and Mr. Holland's Opus.
3. 2005. It was the year I started my job and I was 24. I would want to relive the fun I had training. It was the first time ever being on my own because I had moved from my parents house and in with now DH. I did well at the academy and lived it up after class. But it was the first time in 5 years that I realized I should have ended things with DH. He was very needy and jealous of the fun I was having.
1. I bought this just-above-the-knee dress at Target that has multiple really floaty layers and spaghetti straps. It just screams "comfy summer" to me. And it feels great on. And, I don't wear a bra with it. It's the only garment I've worn braless since puberty.
2. Roadhouse. Which is possibly the worst movie ever made. God, it's just so corny and awful and has so many memorable lines. We watch it virtually every time it comes on. I love Major League too.
3. My first year of law school. I kicked ass, but I turned down big firm interviews and clerkships because the idea of being away from my hubs for the summer was just too much for me to bear. That was just dumb so dumb. I want a do-over.

kimberlybb, I was also going to say 2004 after I had dd. I'm pretty sure I had undiagnosed PPD or PPA. I don't remember much from her first few months and I regret not saying something to my doctor.
mommyatty, my close 2nd on favorite movies was going to be Speed. Equally cheesy as Roadhouse but man does Keanu Reeves look hot in that movie! I remember when it came out, my sister and I saw it twice in the same weekend.

1. I love when I get to put on a dress and nice shoes. I put on a dress for family pics for about 20 minutes last Wednesday and felt awesome. 2. Sweet Home Alabama. I love Reese Witherspoon so much. And Alabama. 3. 2010. That was the year my parents got divorced and my dad died. I would like to see how life would play out had I just let my aunt do whatever she wanted and not fought her so hard. I know if she had her way there wouldn't be an agency for me to sell anymore because it would already be gone.
I have a black sheath dress from Loft that is like the jeans in Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. It fit me divorce skinny, post partum with DS, at my chubbiest last year, and now. It's magic.
The Sweetest Thing (don't judge!)
I'd go back to 2004 in Australia and never allow my BIL to use our home. I would have made Exh find a job and finished my PHD there, instead of trying remotely. I could have fought the ethics safety concerns if I were there full time. I don't know if I would have still repatriated, but I would have my PHD.

1. I have some pajama pants that say "swim, bike, mom" that I love to put on at the end of the day.
That or my "my favorite murder" podcast tank top that says "buy your own shit, stay out of the forest". I got it for trail running b/c it'd be ironic. But it's not the right material to run in so it's my lounge shirt.
2. I love all ya'lls picks so far. Including Roadhouse. Maybe Drop Dead Gorgeous is my favorite. It's really hard to pick one, though.
3. Junior year in high school...or first year in law school would also be a good one. Or the 2nd year in law school. I had it figured out by year 3 though.
A lot of my problems in all 3 of those years had to do with boys. Boys suck.

1. My power suit from theory. I feel very polished when I wear it. It's not the most comfy outfit though so I only wear it for important meetings.
2. Catch me if you can. Although I'm starting to really dislike DiCaprio so he is starting to ruin it for me.
3. I'd relive 2012. We were finally in a place with good disposal income, no kids yet, travelled a lot, and I was so confident that I'd make partner at the firm. Felt like the world was my oyster.

1. Yoga/exercise pants and a comfy t-shirt or sweatshirt (depending on the season).
2. Not quite a movie, but I love the BBC mini-series for Pride & Prejudice (with Colin Firth) from 1995.
3. I would re-do my junior year of high school (1998-99). There was a boy who really liked me and I kind of brushed him off because we were in different popularity groups (I know, high school, right?) - he was a lot more popular than me - and I was worried that maybe he didn't like me for me. But later it seemed he actually did, which made for a bummer of a year senior year, because by then he had moved on and had a girlfriend. Anyway, I would fun to be able to re-do and not brush him off in the re-do.
1. My sherpa wrap. I got it for Christmas last year and loved it so much that I kept it on my chair at work to wrap up in all summer when the ac turned on.
2. Beauty and the Beast the original Disney animated version.
3. Fall/Winter of 2000/2001 or Fall/Winter of 2003/2004 both of those times were really bad health scares for me and both of the reasons why were really ridiculous but took tons of testing and monitoring to figure out. 2000/01 was my wisdom teeth but before those were taken out I was on heart monitor, EKGs, MRI of my brain, tilt tests, stress test, etc. to rule out why I kept passing out. I actually fired the head of neurology at 17. 03/04 was all stress induced but it caused severe panic attacks to the point I stopped breathing a couple times. Now I just am really mindful of my stress levels.
1. Comfy clothes - yoga pants and tank or comfy shirt
2. National Lampoons Christmas Vacation
3. First year of college because I followed DH and spent all of my time with him instead of making my own way and getting the true college experience. I wish I had been more confident and independent back then.
1. I just sewed myself a top from some fancy fabric I bought and I am pretty in love with it. I wore it yesterday with skinny jeans and felt pretty good.
2. I don't know anymore! I used to be such a big movie fan too.
3. Probably early years of college. I wasn't in a great mental health space and I could have gotten a lot more out of school if I had gotten help earlier.
2007 and 2010 would be good choices too, due to wasting time with toxic people (and me being unable to pull away from them).
1. I have a great blue sheath dress that I love to wear with a pair of nude wedges. I feel like I look great in it. It paired great with a jacket that one of my coworkers referred to as the "magic jacket" - went with everything, and made everything look that much better. The dress is good for work or a night out. And it has remained firmly in my closet since June. Boo.
2. So hard to pick. I do love a lot of the movies mentioned - Road House and The Sweetest Thing specifically - but a couple that I always stop to watch are Trading Places and Usual Suspects.
3. To relive - 2005. I'd just met DH, and we had such a good time. We didn't travel enough, but we did so many other fun things. To re-do - 2010. I had DD1 near the end of 2009, and 2010 was a fog of stress, anxiety, depression, and a lot of really unpleasant medical procedures resulting from a sh!tty, condescending OB that ignored me when I told her my stitches were healing wrong. 2010 nearly broke me, and us. So I would like to erase it and try again.

1. My H bought me this huge cable knit wool fisherman's sweater. It's cold enough to wear it about 3 times a year here, but I love that he put so much thought into the gift, and it's like wrapping up in a big hug. More practically, he bought me a shawl/scarf/pashmina thing from Zulily that is so cuddly. Can't wait to wear that with my winter gear.
2. White Christmas; I'm a sucker for der Bing. Also Persuasion, with Amanda Root/Ciaran Hinds.
3. Meh. I feel like every year has brought me to where I am, and to DS, and I wouldn't want to risk changing that.
sudokufan, White Christmas is DD's favorite. We had to tell her she couldn't watch it again until November as we have watched like 4 times over the summer.
1. I'm wavering between my favorite LBD and sparkly heels, and yoga pants/T-shirt.
2. I always have a hard time choosing, but I feel like I need to go with Ferris Bueller's Day Off. I have seen it sooooooooo many times. Probably more than once a week when I was a teenager.
3. 1998. That's the year my dad died, my uncle died, and I graduated from college. I made some pretty bad decisions after I graduated, mostly out of grief, and I'd love to re-do some of those. Mostly though, I'd like to go back to earlier in the year and spend more time with my dad.
1. This blue dress I bought to wear at my sister's wedding. I was 13 weeks pregnant and super bloated and it was still so flattering. I wish I had occasion to wear it more often.
1. Pajama pants and t-shirt with lightweight hooded sweatshirt.
2. I don't have a movie I watch all the time. I also like the Sweet Home Alabama romantic comedy types or Pride and Prejudice (newest version) unless they are too boring or trying to hard to be quirky. Also, Harry Potter especially around Christmas.
3. Sophomore year of college- I would have dropped one major to a minor. I had 3 majors basically. Junior year of college- I would have chosen a different place to live. I was in a sorority on the board and living in the house and it was too much drama, plus a close friend got mad over something out of my control and was a passive aggressive mean person to me for several months which caused depression.

1. Leggings and baggy sweater.
2. Don't really have one. Rarely watch movies.
3. 2008. Spent 4 months in Australia. I had a year visa, wish I would have stayed for the full year. I came back for a few reasons, but none were worth it.
