Sun - Steak/Scallops, potatoes and asparaus Mon - Stuffed shells and salad Tue - grilled rockfish and broccolli (oh, and a ridiculous homemade pineapple salsa I attempted to whip up yesterday. Should be interesting. Wed - Sunbasket chipotle chicken lettuce cups with mango/avocado salsa Thu - SB steak salad Fri - whatever lefties we can scrape together Sat - will eat at a party

Monday - barbque from yesterday's picnic Tuesday - tacos Wednesday - Mexican chicken pasta with corn, black beans and green pepper Thursday - roast, potatoes, carrots Friday - fundraiser for school dad's in charge so burgers Saturday - fundraiser for a friend, heavy appetizers

M - something quick due to activities tonight T - grilled or crock pot chicken with red & green peppers (maybe I'll do crock pot fajitas?) W - pasta or mac & cheese, broccoli Th - breakfast for dinner (pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon) F - something quick - going to HS football game S - pizza S - ??
I'm mailing it in this week with hot dogs, tacos and then I am gone. But I did our own salad bar last week and plan to do it weekly going forward. The kids loved it.
S: homemade rotisserie chicken over salad M: salad with goat cheese, craisins, and quinoa T: chicken, broccoli, rice casserole W: salad with goat cheese, craisins, and quinoa, or leftover casserole if any remaining T: chicken parm and pasta F: homemade pizza S: order out
I dont have the full week planned but here is what I have so far M - crab florentine T - beef stew W - probably leftovers T - ? F - pepper pizzas S - ? Probaby grab and go since we have a church social event S - DH night so probably something on the grill or in the smoker
