My grandma gets released from the hospital tomorrow. She is supposed to walk with her walker inside the house (with assistance ) and use a wheelchair when outside of the house. My mom is moving in with her for now.
DH worked 79 hours last week. He is so stressed with this new job. Hoping things settle soon so he can feel better.
I'm just ready for calm and settled in all aspects.

bk1 Iām glad to hear your grandma is doing better and being released! Are they going to be having her go to physical therapy? Iām sorry your H is working such long hours. I hate H working so many hours and how stressful it is. I canāt imagine how much more stressful it is with little ones. Sending hugs!
(katespade) Iām so glad things are starting to get better for you.
H and I had a nice evening last night at home. Iām hoping his hours are going to start being less crazy.
luv2rn4fun yeah its hourly. It helps make up for it a bit but he was told 50-55 hours a week was normal so that's what we were hoping for. He hasn't worked as many this week because of the weather.
wineandcheese home health care and physical therapist should be making visits to her house to help. Just trying to sort it all out.

((Hugs)). That's an insane amount of hours. Hopefully it calms down to 50-55, that seems more realistic, especially since I think you mentioned he might have to work weekends. DH was working 60+ when he started but now he works 45-55 depending on where they are in the month (he's in accounting) and it feels so much better. He gets to see the boys for an hour or so before bedtime and it helps.
We went to the pumpkin patch today and it kicked my butt. We were there less than two hours, but it was very sunny and hot. Glad to be back home in the air conditioning.

Grrrrr... decided to randomly check my Target credit card and there's a pending charge for over $500! Wtf! Glad I looked. I wish I could do something without calling. I'll have to call when I get home but in the meantime it would be nice to shut off the card!

Urg I hate that. Is the charge recent?
Yeah, luckily it was from today and still pending. Apparently there were some other attempted charges previously that were canceled and I never even noticed them. This is the 3rd credit card I've had fraud on within like, 2 years I think maybe? All different cards, not the same company. I'm just happy it's a credit card and NOT a debit card so I'm not actually out any money!

My first two credit cards had fraudulent charges and them. The first one was handled very poorly by the credit card company so I canceled the card and went to a new company. That card then had fraud charges and the company canceled the card right away, contacted me about it that same day too. (Charges were for a gas station ATM in a city 10 hrs away, after I used the card on my city only 10 mins before.) I got a new card with that company as I felt it was handled well.

All have been handled fairly well I think. The first time I got a text because it was 3 large online charges. I responded to the text then called a bit later. Everything was taken off, card shut off, etc no problem. Second time was a card I barely ever use so I didn't even notice for a couple weeks. I had to fill out a form which was kinda annoying. This time they asked if we did online orders, I told them no not really and he asked about one of the canceled ones. Well their website/app sucks so I couldn't go through everything anyways, it only showed me the last 3 posted transactions with the pending one. Dumb. Of course he had to explain to me about how any in store purchases wouldn't be fraud (if you know what I do, trust me, I know, lol). But either way, card is shut off and new one on the way so that's good. It's just frustrating! How are these people getting my credit card numbers when I don't use them often??

estrellita that sucks! Iām glad you caught the charge! I had a Target CC a few years ago but cancelled the card after too many times of that happening in the 6 months of having it. I hope it gets resolved quickly and easily!

wineandcheese nice! I think H had a much older Powershot that he used for a really long time. Actually up until a few months ago when we got our second Rebel! That thing actually still takes great pictures for how old it is, I'm sure that will last you a long time!
