We should get to go home today. DS2 was born about 2:30 yesterday afternoon and everyone is doing well. I'm just hoping to get a little sleep when we get home.
ewallestrellita- sorry for the snow already π I wish we could give you a good 20-30 degrees...it's supposed to be 90 here today and tomorrow. Fall temperatures are finally coming next week and I ant wait!
Yay for the bathroom being done! Can't wait to see the final pictures!!

luv2rn4fun I wish! It's not really THAT cold (I mean, especially compared to how cold I know it'll get in a couple months) but still. Not ready!
So the screw on one of the nose pads on my glasses fell out. I don't think that's ever happened before. The pad thing fell off so I put it back but nothing is holding it in. Grrr. I don't have time to go to the store tonight (especially with E tagging along) so maybe I'll hope I don't lose the pad today and wear contacts tomorrow until I can go in tomorrow. Any ideas on how I can fix it just for today? I'm hoping the optical place will replace it for me for free/cheap!
I hope everyone in your house gets better and no one else gets sick luv2rn4fun.
estrellita- I've never had the pad of my glasses fall off. Weird.
An update on me some is @ related.
We are almost all unpacked in our new place. We've spent way to much $$ at ikea trying to get some extra storage so we can organize everything nicely.
DD has been in daycare since last Thursday. She is having a hard time adjusting. She has refused her bottle since she got there. But she will drink up to 2oz if they help her drink it from an open cup. So she has had barely any milk intake during the day (7:30-5) and cluster feeds until bed time (7:30pm). And she isn't a huge fan of not having an adult within reaching distance. So they are working on getting her to play by herself.
I'm slowly getting caught up on some courses that I need to take before the end of the year for work. I'm glad I am able to do them while on leave. (This helps me ease into work as I'm doing 1 or 2 courses a week, for 3 weeks. Each course is 4 or 8 hrs.) They are also allowing me to bank the pay so that I can use it as paid time off later.
I'll take pictures of our place once the last few boxes are unpacked.

ewall lol, I did consider that but I'm not sure how I'd get it to stick! I really just need something really small to put through the holes where the screw was. I know exactly where that fell out because I remember something falling from my face this morning but didn't think much of it until the actual nose pad fell off. Doubt I'd find it now!

Today's high is 90ish...last really hot day and then it should cool down! Excited for our fun weekend ahead...World Series tonight, pizza/beers/date night tomorrow! And more fun M-W next week!! Much needed after everyone being sick (boys still have their colds but seem to be getting better, although L had a rough night so who knows what's going on).
I almost started up an MLM business yesterday. My good friend is doing it and I had my parents buy me a Christmas gift to support her and had a few hours of thinking "I could do this too" (her and I have been taking for awhile and she really wants me on her team). But then reality set in that my plate is full and I really do love this time with the boys. I can't fathom having a party right now (or two in the upcoming month). Part of why I was so interested is because I am really enjoying the work I do for my dad and having something outside the boys but I also don't feel comfortable trying to sell stuff to my family and friends (probably extra sensitive with everything that happened with my mom and then my uncle when he wanted to be our real estate agent...that relationship is so uncomfortable at family events and I don't want that with any more people). I just can't see my friends and family buying $700/month in product and even if they did it's only $200ish/month. The biggest negative was when she told me I had to buy $80 in product every month and another $20 for the website.

luv2rn4fun, what company? I think most people will tell you that in order to be successful in a MLM, you need to sell beyond your base of family/friends anyway.
wineandcheese Fun! Can't wait to see a photo. I can't picture you as a blonde.

I was thinking of you a lot yesterday...I think it's awesome that you do it for charity and also a great way to get others outside of your immediate network to buy π The company sells higher end product so not something everyone can afford. I live in OC so it's not like I don't have potential clientele but I am not sold on it being something for me. Part of me sees the potential and part of me is like "enjoy this time now, you can build a business you are passionate about later". Ideally I would personal train/coach and use my masters degree...but I can't do that right now, at least not to the extent that I would want to. We can talk over PM if you want/have further questions/insight π
