Sorry if this has been hashed and rehashed elsewhere, but can you give us any insight as to the Nest Gods' reaction to the mass exodus? Also, have they discussed at all why the transition to the new format has been such a mess?

I'm just completely befuddled at the idea that they still think this is "inevitable" and we just need to "adjust". The damn thing didn't work! You changed settings and features 12 times before and somehow 1300 users didn't find it worthwhile to set up shop elsewhere.

And as I'm fond of saying at my work, you can make your point until you're blue in the face, but if no one else believes it, it's as good as false.

It's pretty much radio silence "put on a happy face." Towards the end of yesterday they were getting pretty snippy.
