I'm going on a month of forwarding multiple horse listings a day to my trainer to ask her opinion. Usually she doesn't bother to respond about the ones she's not impressed with or says "that's a possibility" if they look promising. Today I got both a "I like him!" about one and "Yes!!!" about another. She's either gotten sick of my horse shopping or I've finally hit a couple really good ones. Watch - now they'll sell before I can get out to see them (they're both about 5 hours away from me). Actually, I could see her buying the one she got really excited about if I pass, LOL. He's a perfect younger clone of another client's horse that she competes.

TGIF! I'm working from home today and enjoying it.
At some point today or tomorrow morning, I need to make something to take wine-tasting with co-workers tomorrow, since we're doing a picnic lunch. And I also need to make something to bring to a party tomorrow night. Yay.
doglove I hope your wedding outfit involves leggings and a sweater with any dress you had planned to wear! And who plans an outdoor wedding in November?

I think you saw from the photos that it ended up being nice! The ceremony was the only thing outside. To give them some credit, the weather can be crazy here in November. Last week it was 80 degrees, this weekend 40 degrees. It's not totally unrealistic to have a 70s/50s type of weather this time of year!

I was glad the reception was inside though.
I'm glad you didn't have to freeze the whole night.
I went to a Dec wedding in AZ years ago, and it was entirely outside and uncharacteristically below 60*. They brought in some patio heaters for their reception tent, but it wasn't much help unless you stood right next to them and didn't move.

I think that was the plan at first until they realized - oh people don't want to be standing/eating/sitting around in 30 degree temps and decided to go inside! Thank goodness.
