knx9211 - that is scary! Poor P and poor your H. I am glad he is okay.
oneslybookworm - I love reading all your updates! You have accomplished far more than I have. I had big plans on being super prepared this Christmas, I have wrapped a couple presents and that's it. H put up the tree and decorations, decorated the outside, while I sat on the couch and watched tv. Just always so tired.
shauni27 - thank you! I cannot wait till he gets here but I think I'll end up feeling the same way as you after as I don't think we will do this again.
donthasslethehoff - so happy for you! cant believe you are 9 weeks already.
Baby was kicking up a storm last night and H felt a kick (or what felt a poke to him). H used to get super emotional when we were watching TV and someone would have a newborn or find out they were pregnant. We were watching the episode of Big Bang last night where Bernadette finds out she's pregnant with the first and tells everyone. I am fairly certain when we watched this episode originally H cried a bit during but he turned to me last night after the episode and said that this was the first time in a long time that he didn't feel sad while watching something baby related.

shauni27 and pandora89...LOL. I'm really NOT on top of things, I promise. We did the "4 gifts" for Christmas plus Sinterklaas (for us and for G), so it's not like I had much to wrap. As for baking and such, I tend to do that on the weekends when J is watching G. He LOVES spending time with him, so it's easy for me to get stuff done during that time. Plus, I make easy things, so it's only 30-40 minutes of actual time needed, the rest is just leave it in the oven and leave it alone.
I won't lie though, without J and our system of giving each other time for our hobbies, NONE of this stuff would get done.
Was anyone here prescribed Diclegis for morning sickness? What were your experiences? I am a bit over 9 weeks and finally threw in the towel and asked my OB to write me a prescription. I couldn't function and it was pretty bad. I took my first dose last night, and normally I feel like complete shit right now, but I feel pretty decent. I am a little more tired than normal, but I am always tired, so no huge change there.
Yes, but it didn't really help me so I stopped taking it. Mine was just really bad nausea.

It's so tough now that G works 7 days a week running the ski hill. This is what we did on weekends until now, but now G is gone from 7 am - 7 pm 7 days a week :/
I might have to rope my mom in to coming to watch S while I get some baking done for cookie swaps I am a part of.
S turns ONE on Monday....OMG WHERE DID THIS YEAR GO?? We are having a small party for her this weekend, so that should be fun. She is a speed crawler and gets into EVERYTHING! She loves cruising furniture but doesn't try to stand yet. She is SUCH a happy baby! BUT she has been teething like crazy this month, she has gotten 4 teeth in this month (has 7 total), so POOR THING.
I got retested by the RE and my fertility got WORSE! WTF? I always hear these stories about people improving after having one kid. but NOPE for me. My Endo is much worse, I have a cyst on my ovary, a polyp in my uterus and something blocking my ovary too. I am having surgery to fix all this 3 days before Christmas. After that, we are starting IUI in January.

I was prescribed something similar in the UK and it did nothing - I was still incapable of anything besides alternating between the lying on the couch and puking in the bathroom. But I'm now pretty sure I had HG. Good thing I worked from home at that point because no way would I have been able to go to an office...

I woke up at 4:40 this morning and realized that E was still sleeping - slept through her usual 4am bottle. Great, right? Well, she woke up at 5:30 and fussed about until 6 and then she was HUNGRY. So she was up an hour early, and went down for her first nap at 7am (her usual wake time). Thankfully she is still sleeping at 8:45 so we should hopefully be okay for the day.
She's been so fussy this week. It's probably a combination of things - she got her RSV shot on Monday, maybe the solids are bothering her tummy, overtired because she takes a crappy 3rd nap, frustration that she can't crawl yet (she's so close). I wish I could help her more get through this.
thoseareradishes, I remember the pain when A was dropping her third, tiny nap of the day - actually also when she went from 2 naps to 1. It was awful. She needed that bit of sleep but was obviously starting to grow out of it and we couldn't get her to sleep.
