I have no idea!!! I can honestly do anything. I was hoping there would be just someplace I could park it at a pool or something but so far the google is not helping me figure something like that out. Like I would just want somewhere we could all hang out, no pressure, and they wouldn't kick us out. I don't know what kind of a place that would be though (don't resorts do day passes or something??).  

I realize I am not being helpful at all. So really, if you are able to find something that looks good, I'm likely into it.

I stayed there when i was in charleston last year for the eclipse... But didnt go to the spa.

Im fine with anything but maybe a meal and then a trip to a grocery store will take up a good amount of time?

I stayed there when i was in charleston last year for the eclipse... But didnt go to the spa.

Im fine with anything but maybe a meal and then a trip to a grocery store will take up a good amount of time?

This is probably the better option.
A lot of the restaurants close and then reopen for dinner so no leisurely lunch. The butcher and bee mentioned previously is open though. We should just go there.

Nono! Sorry I was just playing around with potential carpool stuff earlier. There are five of you that want to go to Charleston in the daytime, and al320 has a car, so I was playing around with that.

So i get im at 130 and am renting an intermediate size suv (toyota rav4 or equivalent they say). Im assuming that can hold 5 of us and our luggage (the only bag i have is not all that small but not huge)?

I can meet everyone (as per spreadsheet) in charleston and drive us to kiawah? Are we cool with that? Should we start a text thread? (If so, pm me your numbers and ill start one).

I’m flying standby, and might relieve DH a day early by coming home on Sunday. I told him I make no promises, I plan to have fun Saturday night and it all depends on how I feel in the morning. 😉

This works for me. I mentioned Butcher and Bee cause I had some amazing crispy rice thing there when I was in Nashville (it's not on the menu at Charleston...sadness) and because it was open - and pretty casual (like I think they'd let us just sit there for awhile nbd). But if anyone else has somewhere that they'd like to go to, I'm totally open.

Their onion jam is amazing. They put it on their roast beef sandwich, but I would serious,y out it on everything. Everyone I have sent there and has gotten that sandwich shares my love of it. If anything has onion jam, just order it.
