Not feeling well but at the office today. Very cold outside, and it's snowingggg.

Bf got me spherical ice cube trays for my honey whiskey habit. I didn't fill them up quite enough with with water, so the finished product looks like the death star. I like it.

I'm on my way to JFK to fly home. It's been a good visit but I'm ready to be home. At the same time I wish I could stay longer. My grandma was so sad that I was leaving, I felt badly. Even though her memory isn't great in some ways, she remembers me really well and our bond is still strong.

Sorry, brain dump! I'm still processing some of the emotionally tougher aspects of this visit, but it's been good.

I'm really glad to be getting back to beautiful weather. It's fucking cold here right now. I'm looking forward to not feeling like my nose and lips are freezing just because I walked a few blocks outside.

I keep getting my days confused. We are working super hard so we can leave early tomorrow.

Everyone in my house is sick

My body can’t decide if it is getting sick or not. This means I’m even more exhausted than normal.

Work is quiet because most people took this week off and I’m glad for that. It’s allowing me to get a few things done and I’m hoping tomorrow I can actually catch up on a few items I’m behind on.

I just realized that my cardigan and T-shirt match my socks and shoes (teal cardigan with a gray shirt; teal socks with gray shoes).

I'm here. I have a long list of things to get done and no motivation to do any of them.

I am proud of the fact that I actually unpacked when I got home last night. Most of the time it takes weeks of pulling things out of my suitcase bit by bit.

I don't know what the date is or what day of the week it is. I returned to work yesterday, and it is definitely the suck after 2 weeks off. Plus, I still have over 2000 emails in my inbox

Add me to the sick list - I got to take a trip to urgent care last week during our honeymoon for bronchitis. Wheee! And my cough still sounds terrible, even after a week of antibiotics plus steriods. It was still a fantastic trip though! Would do again.

Omg get me the fuck home already. This is the longest week. We’ve collectively sat in traffic for 26 hours so far and still have another 9-10 hour drive on Saturday to get home. I want to sleep in my own bed already!!

We are picking up a foster dog on Sunday. She looks very sweet! And I got to meet tiramisu and see mags yesterday!!

Yes!! It was so nice to finally meet doglove! And A and London, too. It was also great to see mags again and finally get to her house and meet her kids. It was a great last night in Jersey!
