Download Google Express, if you purchase from Ulta through the app the shipping minimum is $25. Take that, diamond level.
Maybelline stay matte ink liquid lipsticks stay on just as well as lipsense. I can get rid of that now. The marc jacobs liquid lip crayons are awesome too, I have two now.
I've been trying out some nudestix products and really like the brand plus as far as I can tell there is no fuckery. I have found that a lot of the nudes look very similar on me and I'm not really a nude fan but the few I have, I like.
Is it bad that one of my New Year's resolution is to wear less makeup?
Hear me out though: I want to keep improving my skin so I won't have to wear full-coverage foundation. I used to be a skin-picker and I had scars all over my chin. I've been doing well with keeping my hands off of my face and The Ordinary is such a life-saver.
I made that a goal a few years ago. I achieved it when I got pregnant... My skin was gorgeous then. I now only wear BB cream to like church, and only wear foundation for pictures or really fancy events. Still need concealer for under my eyes and for that occasional pimple.
"A few weeks ago, I was asked in an interview ... what was it like being a gay athlete in sports. And I said it's exactly like being a straight athlete. Only with better eyebrows," Rippon said.
Anyone heard of or used Renee Rouleau Anti Cyst Treatment? My hormonal acne is HORRIBLE right now and I have several deep cystic spots that are killing me. The murad stuff that Was previously working miracles this summer isn't doing shit now.
I got a new vanity (IKEA malm dressing table) and omg, I love it! The big shallow drawer works so much better for makeup than the old desk I was using. Eeeeeeeeee!

Try the Mario Badescu buffering lotion. It has worked well for me in the past.

I got BareMinerals Bare Sensuals for my birthday, and I was SO EXCITED. I've been lusting over it for months. I've worn it twice and it makes my eyes water and my eyelids burn a little bit.
Now I have to dig through the recycling to find the gift receipt and take it back. Womp Womp.
I picked up a tin of Smith’s Rosebud Salve on a whim since my hands have been looking like hell - scaly and rough, especially on my ring fingers. I probably had some dermatitis going on. Holy hell this stuff is MAGIC. It completely healed everything in a few days.
I've decided to start growing out my grey. I feel like I associate grey on women with 'old', but I think that's because we all dye our hair for so long, well into 'grandma/old lady' age and then stop. What if we went salt/pepper like men do? Because look how pretty these women are:

A combination of the Cosrx BHA A Sol and their pimple patches (as needed) have been seriously life changing for my cystic acne.
I think I am the only one who doesn't like the Chocolate Gold palette. The green is muddy and the gold patchy. I worried it was my brushes or technique but I switched to the gold from a Stila palette and it worked so much better. I'm seriously considering returning it.
Vespasia, do you have a special technique with those 2 products? I have both and the patches don't so squat for my cyctic acne when it's still really deep.
I just use the A Sol daily. It usually gets rid of the cysts in days rather than weeks. They just shrink up magically. Definitely notice a difference if I don't use it.
If it does come to a head the patch helps. It is kind of hit or miss. They are better for smaller bumps that appear overnight with a white head.

Have you tried the bha blackhead power liquid too? I’ve used that in the past and I don’t think it did much for me. I’m wondering if the A Sol might work.

They're really different products. The A Sol really isn't an acid, mostly propolis. I use it as a toner.
I have used the BHA power liquid but never really stuck with it.
