I run on a treadmill while i watch tv, but i get bored. I don’t live in a good neighborhood for running outside. I had a bad couple of months but finally getting back into it. Im also watching exercise videos which i have mixed feelings about.
2chatter , you should also check out the Aaptiv ap. It is $10 a month but there are hundreds of workouts on it and they post new ones all the time. They have indoor and outdoor running, elliptical, rowing, strength training, cycling, yoga, walking, stair master, meditation, stretching, and training programs for 5k, 10k, half and full marathons. It is all audio and you can download the workout prior to your run so you don't have to have wifi. The trainers are all super encouraging and they have awesome playlists! I have been doing it for almost a year. It has really improved my running mechanics and has cut 11 seconds off my mile splits.
