k3am , Something like that would work. And no crinolines, she was given a Christmas dress with one for this year from family and flat out refused to wear it.
My DD is very particular about materials. Everything has to be "soft" (she'll make exceptions for sparkly skirts she can wear over leggings). That dress is basically the equivalent of a really thick legging material
erinshelley21 - that cracks me up as Roanoke is a kind of country town in a non-City/suburban location. It’s probably less than 50 miles from me but there’s nothing toward it so ....IDK how big the store is?
I wouldn't think it's very big. I'm pretty sure that's where it is though!
supertrooper1 - I assumed Venus was a scam! They are for real swimsuits? Good quality?
Haha, no, not a scam. I like their swimsuits. I've even bought clothes from them. They hold up well and I got so many compliments on a tunic I ordered a few years ago.
I love love love my Third Love bra. Love it. I never even remember I'm wearing it. I told a friend she had to try it and she loves it too. The only downside is they're so expensive. I honestly think they're worth every penny though. Disclaimer: I am a size 34 A1/2.
I need jeans recs. I have a couple of pairs of AE jeans which fit great, but the denim barely extends into the pocket so white fabric part is always hanging out. I bought a few pairs of ON which have worked fine in the past, but they're too stretchy and the crotch keeps working its way down to my knees, even though they fit perfectly around my waist.
Another issue I've had with various brands is that the back pockets are about 6 inches apart which makes my ass look super wide. At this point I'm ready to spend whatever it takes to get a pair that fits perfectly.
mommyatty , I bought shorts from White House Black Market last year that I love! I have a hard time with shorts because everything seems to be either too short or too long but these hit in the right spot.

sweetptater, thanks for the rec! I’m a 32G so all my bras are expensive so that isn’t much of an obstacle. More like I’ve never bought anything off a facebook ad before, lol.

Hi boob twin! 32G here as well. I'm used to dropping $150-$200 on a good bra. Nursing bra's were fun to try and get.
Third Love bras are hard for me because all their measurement stuff I can find relies on a comparison to your existing bra. My existing bras are.. um yeah, I don't want to say how old they are and they don't fit properly. I don't want to use them as a starting point. If someone knows a better way...

Herroom has the best DIY sizing and other fit tips. The classify your breasts section was especially helpful for me.
librarychica, I have been kind of disappointed with my Third Love bra. I've tried three different sizes now and still feel like my Bali bras fits better. I was sick of sending them back and then waiting to get a new one to try so I kept the last one, but it still doesn't quite fit right. I definitely don't forget I'm wearing it. There is something to be said about going into to a store and trying a bunch of sizes on until you find the one that works.
librarychica - I now really want to take off my shirt and bra and go find a mirror - that section I think will fix my issues and I am so ordering a new bra tonight!

I'm a 32f. I need help finding them without special ordering. All I can find is 32e.
I need to get a new purse. I would like it be a neutral color but not black and can spend up to $250. Any recommendations?
I'm a sucker for Kate Spade bags when the are on sale. I like bigger bag that can hold a stack of paper but the straps fit over my shoulder. I love the one that I have.

I always have to go into the boutique bra stores and try a million on. Every brand fits differently. So there are very few that actually fit me. Even with the exact same bra, sometimes the different colors fit differently. Annoying.

Just an update from this thread. I’ve ordered a new bathing suit from Venus, Kut from the Kloth shorts that are 4 inch inseam from Nordstrom (where I had gone to look at Madewell jeans), and two bras from ThirdLove. So thanks guys, from me and from Amex, lol!
The link goes to Macys but the page is blank. I'm looking for something that is probably small tote bag size. Even though both kids are out of diapers I still end up with a bunch of their junk in my purse. I got a Kate Spade tote last year and love it but it is way too big for daily use.

2chatter, I just saw that Boden has 4" shorts! I've never bought shorts from there (only a couple blouses and dresses), so I'm not sure how they fit, but it was the length you are looking for.
