Swimmers please help

Hey I'm getting ready to start swimming every morning in a very heavily chlorinated rec center pool. What shampoo/products do you guys use to protect your hair from chlorine damage?

Wet your hair before putting on your swim cap (which isn't to keep your hair dry, but does provide a bit of protection) or put leave-in conditioner. I also buy the swimmers shampoo and conditioner from Sally Beauty and rotate them in during my heavy use. I started deep conditioning every other time I washed my hair, but I have light hair that has been bleached to hell and back. You might not have that problem. I was also known to do a co-wash with V05 conditioner if I swam multiple days in a row instead of shampooing. I have dry scalp though, so YMMY.
