Today is my first day back after our spring break vacation to the hill country and to a resort in san antonio. We had a blast.
Today was super duper busy but I got a lot done. Also a vendor is paying for me to go to a conference that I've been dying to go to. I thought when my boss found out they had offered to pay for me that he'd muscle his way in too or instead, but he didn't. Whoop!

xctsclrx, so sorry to hear about the loss of your SFIL. Thinking of you and your family.
2chatter, I think for your hand you'd either see an orthopedic doctor or hand specialist. I had a cyst at one of my finger joints a couple years ago and went to a hand specialist.

I was off yesterday to spend the day with DD. DS went to MIL's and requested that she not go haha. I didn't care too much since her and I needed the one on one time. Now I'm back at work and my brother is going to want to jump right into getting the office closed up as soon as humanly possible. I see his point but I also don't think it needs to happen as fast as he is wanting it too. We set a deadline of 5/11 to be set up at his house. I know it will be here before we know it, but there really isn't that much to do.
I'm really hoping now that the crop season is over our realtor will actually do some work to get this building sold. He is a relative and also in the insurance business, so I was giving him a pass on not actively trying to sell this place. The next busy season will be here in 3ish months, so he needs to get something going soon.
We had a long weekend at an indoor water park. We got a suite and split it amongst three families. It was a blast. The kids all got along and had so much fun. I was worried about our baby but she was an angel and didn’t cry at all. She loved all the people watching. I’m really struggling today getting caught up though. So many meetings and I’m too old to stay up past midnight.

HeartofCheese, I totally understand. I'm sorry you're having to switch. I will say that I hear so many people say that they took less or gave too much b/c they just wanted to get it settled. I hope your new attorney ends up making things easier for you!!
Dh worked all weekend which was annoying. I set up two play dates at our house for ds1. One made life easier and one made life harder but he had fun. Work is starting to get too busy. I’m still coughing from the flu last weekend but don’t feel like death anymore so that’s a plus. And daylight savings is killing me still. Ugh.
mustardseed2007 , I am a little uncomfortable posting too much on here, but basically, I was clashing with my attorney over whether or not to settle.
I hope your new attorney is more on the same page with you. Better to get it done right than to get it done fast. Whatever you agree to now will have long-term repercussions, especially as you have many years of co-parenting ahead of you.
