The only way I would entertain this is if I used a person who came to our house. We actually do that when we travel and we still don't tip them, lol. Soo...no.
I need ham like water Like breath, like rain I need ham like mercy From Heaven's gate Sometimes ham salad or casserole or ham that’s free range, all natural I need ham
Our dog goes to daycare 3 times a week. We do not tip. We've used them for boarding a few times. Only one time did we tip and that was because we were giving him a special diet due to stomach issues. It involved hand feeding him if necessary because he was being weird about eating.
Under normal circumstances I don't think tipping is necessary. We give them a gift card to the local pizza place at Christmas so they can bring lunch in for all of the employees.

No - mine also has a tip line but I think it’s because they have the same payment system for all services including grooming, where I think some people would tip.
We don’t tip for boarding unless she was also groomed while there (she’s a pain about grooming sometimes - I tip the groomer well to keep her happy!). We are switching her to staying at someone’s house while we are gone instead of at a boarding facility and in that case i bring them a small gift from wherever we were - like something edible.

The doggy daycare/boarding facility that I run my grooming salon out of, receives tips occasionally. They more often get gifts in donuts, pizza, food type treats from regular daycare/boarding customers.
I would assume the tip line is there more for the groomer if they have one in their facility.
Speaking of tipping. We got my daughter’s picture taken with the Easter bunny at the mall today and the guy taking the pictures said to us “tips are appreciated” before he took them. We’re already overpaying at $33 and it took less than one minute, a tip is not happening! Lol

We give our dog sitter a pretty big tip (about $15/day) because she charges far too little and treats our dog like a princess. But I wouldnt tip a kennel.
