I think the twins thing ruined it. It popped out, but it never popped back in, even though my belly is roughly back to the size it was before, although wayyyyy squishier. And the skin around my now-outie is weirdly wrinkly. I'm kind of self-conscious about it, even though I'm trying very hard to focus on having a good body image.
