1. run/work out regularly for as far as I can into this pregnancy. Run, bike, swim, yoga...I don't care. Thankfully, my gym has a little bit of everything!
shauni27 you are so sweet! I have no doubt you will rock those goals this year. I feel like when I set a goal of just enjoying what I'm doing rather than specific time/distance goals, its so much easier to accomplish!

This is an odd year for goals for me as normally at this time I am in an "off season" and excited to conquer the year. Since I'm already in a training cycle that's been my main focus and I've been mulling over the rest.
1) PR at Paris marathon in April, I have a pretty aggressive time goal. Survive winter training.
2) 2019 miles in 2019 between biking, running and swimming
3) 1,000 miles biking - possibly a century
4) PR either half marathon, 10k or 5k distance.
5) Stay healthy and injury free.
6) Find happiness and joy in my fitness journey wherever it takes me.
7) Raise $1,000 for LLS through the charity bike ride
Second part of the year will depend largely on how my marathon goes and if I get into NY. I am holding off on any tri goals for the moment. I would like to do at least a sprint.

Big Goal: Run the Pittsburgh Marathon. I don’t care how long it takes me.
Other goals: Keep up with boot camp as much as I can with marathon training and practice more stretching and cross training in order to avoid injury. Trying for 3-4 days a week.
As long as I am injury free, I’d like to PR a 5k, 10K and 10 mile race, all in the fall.
I also want to get stronger and build more muscle. Not sure if boot camp is the right fit for this anymore. I feel like I need a boost or something. Boot camp can feel too easy or like I want to do one more round more often than not. But I’m not disciplined or knowledgeable. enough to lift at home. Maybe try CrossFit after the marathon?
I also want to focus more on my mental health since my physical health is in the right track.
