As a spectator, this is heavenly.

MiniMuffin and I are waiting to meet up with some other spectators veggie we scope out a good spot, but we are ready for the action. Where we're hanging out right now, we should be seeing the ProMen before too long.

I’m guessing there is. Still waiting on the next split from emilyj and it’s saying she should’ve hit it 15 minutes ago.

emilyj just hit 83.1 miles, which is the tough out with the headwind. We should see her split be firey on the way back in.

There is definitely a breeze it here today, which will be great on the run. I bet it's straight up windy out in the Hardy Toll Road.

emilyj is through 104.4 miles on the bike with another blistering split.

I just ran into Mr. @vtcupcake and he reports that her average mph on the bike is pretty close to her target to set her up for a solid run.

At this point, emilyj had been out on the course for just over 7.5 hours and @vtcupcake is nearly to 7.5 hours. They are just incredible.
