Happy mother’s day to everyone. We’re seeing detective pikachu and going to dinner later with my parents. Grabbed breakfast at flour. It’s been a good day. What have you all been up to?

Happy Mothers Day moms! S danced at a feis yesterday and got first and 3rd! We were on the Cape so we made a weekend of it in Hyannis. Just got home and had dinner at a local place. Now we're getting ice cream

I hope everyone had a good Mother's Day! Mine was great. DH made brunch reservations at Foundry on Elm and they had an insane Mother's Day buffet (which usually isn't my favorite dining style, but it was ridiculously good). I then walked over to Porter Square Books and spent an hour browsing in peace and went home to start my new book in bed while DH handled all parenting. It was a great day and I feel bad he's going to get short-changed on Father's Day since I'll be busy tending to a newborn. I'm being induced 2 weeks from tomorrow if baby girl doesn't arrive before then!

Nope lol. Carseat is still in a box in the garage, I haven't packed a hospital bag yet, and my mother has no idea where Cal's daycare is in the event she needs to pick him up when I'm in labor. I just don't have the energy to care right now (poor 2nd child lol).

Ha! Well I can assure you it’ll all work out. I had a surprise induction. Fun times.
